History

Established in 1986.

I started out as an installer at the only high end car audio shop in San Diego in 1981, 5 years later I left to start my own car audio shop in 1986… And it began. My goal was to perform the best quality mobile installations bar none. There was no book on the subject. It was up to us to push the envelope and develop new methods. Thus, the start of «Stealth installs» — the integration of amplifiers and speakers into a vehicle without altering the function or visual appearance of the vehicle. Working on all types of cars, but specializing in high end, European models, we quickly made a name for ourselves all over Southern California. Because of our unique installation style, after more than two decades of experience, we are still on the leading edge of high end installations.

Meet the Business Owner

Scott C.

Business Owner

I was hired as an installer in 1981 when I was purchasing my first high end audio system and installed it myself. Car audio was my hobby and soon developed into my occupation. I enjoy all the aspects of installation and how creative I can be with it; but mostly the custom fabrication with wood, metal, leather, etc is what excites me. After installing for 2 years I found that I was always limited by the salesperson, so I started selling all the systems that I installed. This is where I found satisfaction selling, installing and delivering to the customer. From day one I always treated the customers like an extension of my family and so today I look back and with a lot of my customers I am now working with the 3rd generation.
