I was glad that I chose Kwest for my flooring. The work completed quickly and timely. Kwest workers were dependable and did a very good job! I couldn’t be happier. Dario is straight forward and reasonable. I didn’t have to worry about what was written on the contract. Dario did what’s necessary for his customer. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue. We had 5bedrooms, loft, hallways and stairs done in laminate by Dario and his team in June. From start to finish, Dario was always quick to respond to our questions or any concerns. They always cleaned up each after the end of the day. They finished in 3 ½ days, sooner than what he quoted. His team was professional, efficient and trustworthy. They did an excellent job and so glad we went with them.

I had my 4 bedrooms and hallway redone with laminate flooring from Kwest back in February.
I have to say: these guys do a great job and had my new flooring installed in one day. They worked hard to get me what I wanted and when there were delays that had nothing to do with them (manufacturer): Dario made sure we were happy no matter what it took. My husband is very picky and demanding and there wasn’t one time where Dario didn’t give us service with a smile!
Just this last week I noticed something I wasn’t happy with. Dario came out same day and had a spot replaced that same weekend.
5 stars for service, 5 stars for quality! I highly recommend Kwest Tile & Flooring.

Dario and his team did a great job installing laminate flooring and baseboards throughout our La Lolla Village condo. They worked quickly and sent updates via text message to me as I had to be working during the day. Everything turned out as good as can be accept for one spot in our upstairs bonus room that we didn’t notice until a week after they finished. It appears that one piece of laminate got chipped after everything had been installed and rather than replace it, they covered it up with our couch. We didn’t notice the blemish, about the size of a half dollar until we re-​arranged the furniture back to how we had initially had it. I thought it was kind of odd that they hadn’t put the couches back into the positions we had them in the first place. I would have given a 5, but this set me back. I really wish they would have told us about it in the first place. I haven’t hit Dario up yet to have them come out and fix it, but i’d imagine this is something they would cover under their 1 year warranty.

We just had Dario and his crew install carpet and laminate floors in our home. We had the entire house done and it looks amazing. The crew showed up on time every day and were all very professional. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they went home each day. Dario finished the job early, but he paid attention to every detail. The entire crew was friendly and very hard workers. I would highly recommend Dario and his team to anyone and I would certainly call him again in the future.

I called asking about getting hardwood floors in my kitchen and they asked me to send a picture to match the rest of the house. I sent the picture and a follow up email a week later. They did not respond to either email and it’s been 6 weeks since the first email. Maybe they would do good work but I was very disappointed in their customer service.

Dario and his team were amazing. I had my entire second story done with laminate in the bedrooms and loft area and tile in the bathrooms. Dario suggested a laminate that matched my engineered hardwood downstairs. It looks fantastic. Not at all like the laminates of the past. I think it looks as good as the floors downstairs and so much more affordable. The team were very professional, and detail oriented. They followed all my special requests and cleaned up after each day of work. Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend Kwest to anyone wanting superior work and great people.

Based on the reviews here in Unilocal,I hired Kwest to lay down laminate flooring and carpeting in my new home. I wasn’t disappointed. They did a beautiful job in a short amount of time, while I was packing up at my old home. Dario was very pleasant to do business with, and I felt the price was reasonable. Dario also referred me to a painter who did a great job for me. I would definitely use Kwest again and have already referred them to others.

Hi mi name is sergio I want to fully recommend kwest to every one out there, they did a great great job on my house I needed to replace old carpet in three bedrooms in the second story of our house. We installed laminate flooring in all three they did all the work in just hours took care of trash, materials and every thing else, i also want to mention that Dario and his team are very professional and they all have great attitude. Dario and his son replaced the flooring in three bathrooms in our townhouse rental. We were on a tight schedule and they came on a Saturday to get it done. They do beautiful work and were a pleasure to have around. Any future flooring work for this property will definitely go to Kwest.

Our home had a water disaster in the living room area, so we had to replace our flooring. Dario with KWest came to us recommended by a friend.
Dario was able to come and get the measurements and all the requirements for the job right away. Dario had many choices for product, we decided to go with 12.3 mm Eternity Distressed Exotic Collection laminate cherry wood floor, which turned out beautiful.
He also had professional and creative input regarding another area in our house that had old carpet. Initially, we wanted to replace the carpet, but with Dario’s recommendation and competitive quote we decided to do laminate hard wood floors to match the rest of the house.
The area itself where the installation was to take place was a bit challenging, but Dario and his team had a create workaround solution and delivered exceptional results.
Dario also installed ceramic Daltile Fabrique in our bathroom, he recommended a ‘staggered’ layout of the tile, and the result is amazing.

We needed to replace the flooring of the whole house 1969 (2200 sqf) before we moved in and we got quotes from 3 places. A big chain company gave us the cheapest quote, but we’re glad we chose Dario because:
1. They are fast. We gave our down payment Saturday morning, and that afternoon he had people ripping out the old carpet already. They got the whole flooring (carpet, laminate & vinyl) done by Wednesday, which is 2 days ahead of our move-​in schedule and gave us enough time to move our small stuff into the house.
2. While replacing our upstairs bathroom, he found some rotten area around the toilet. Dario took out the rotten piece, replaced the top layer plywood, and put down the new vinyl at the same day he finished the laminate flooring area. He even charged us a lot cheaper than what his friend, the carpenter, was going to charge.
3. During our walk thru, I noticed a couple things that need to be fixed, he came back the following week to fix them.
One thing to keep in mind: if you want smooth looking laminate instead of distressed look (bumpy lines) you need to mention that upfront.
He brought his son few times to help him. He’s a hardworking family man and we trust him right away. We’re glad to support local business like Kwest that gave us great result in the small time frame that we had.
