History

Established in 2012.

Yoga has been a part of my life over a decade and Kundalini yoga for many many years. I have attended Kundalini Yoga festivals in the U.S. and 11.11.11. Kundalini Yoga and Music Festival in India, White Tantric Yoga events, Summer Solstice, and various workshops and classes. The practice of Kundalini yoga has been such a transformative process to me and not to mention the ability to manifest through deep meditation.

Beautiful new studio with ammenities such as air conditioning, heat, elevator, clean restrooms, and ample parking. There’s even a few restaurants in the neighborhood.
Excellent teachers, everything a Kundalini Yoga student could want, and more. That more is the community of people connected to the studio. Come for yourself, and check out what you are missing. Great support, great classes, great people, great opportunities, and greater rates.

What’s not to love about Jade’s classes? They are spiritually enlightening, physically demanding and more. She is beautiful, sings like a nightingale and looks like she enjoys it immensely. I can’t say I know the chants, but I’m able to get along. It’s a very refreshing class and the time goes by quickly.

«I found the class to be incredibly energizing and cleansing. It involves a lot of breath work, which I personally love. I feel like it really helps to move stagnant energy and blockages. The meditation at the end with the chanting is always very beautiful and leaves one feeling very uplifted!
Kundalini Yoga classes are quite different from usual styles of Yoga. I feel as though it really helps the body energetically as well as physically and emotionally. Jade was very clear and had a great knowledge of the Yoga style and the postures we were doing. I would definitely recommend Jade’s class.»
