Chef Christian Graves is a San Diego staple of sustainability. Always proudly sourcing fresh, local, sustainable and organic ingredients for his diverse menu of small plate options. The entire menu features dishes in half or full portions– allowing you to control your dining experience. The hyper-seasonal menus changes something nearly every day, and his relationships with local farmers lead his team to the best products– like super sweet young spring peas from Suzie’s Farms, only available for about two weeks out of the year.
