Business Owner

Originally from Connecticut, Jessica’s background consists of residential and commercial claims adjusting, construction, maintenance and cleaning. In her position as a Property Claim Insurance Adjuster, she handled many fire, water damage, flood, wind, smoke and vandalism claims. This gave Jess the hands on experience with the best cleaning companies and the knowledge of chemicals as well as building repairs etc.​

​Jessica moved to San Diego in 2001 and in 2005 she founded Jessica’s Clean Up Crue. Though her «Crue» is small, they commit to a professional, friendly, and extremely thorough cleaning service to your house, rental unit, condo, apartment, business, office buildings, etc.​

No job is too big or too small and we always schedule cleaning appointments to fit your busy lifestyle by offering Weekly, Bi-​Weekly Monthly, or even One Time Cleanings.

I Have an ADP Background Check. I am legally authorized to work in the United States.

It was great to have Jessica’s Crue clean our house today. She is pleasant, efficient and knows her stuff! We have an older Adobe and Jessica was well equipped to take care of our tile bath and hardwood floors. Looking forward to more routine cleanings. :)

We contacted Jessica Sunday night (left her a voicemail). She promptly returned our call on Monday and by Tuesday 9am, she was on the go ! She brings her own cleaning material and arrives on time. My mom was around when she was cleaning, and she has super high standards for hygiene and orderliness (i.e., she washes her foot towel separately from her hand towels), and even she was impressed with the detail-​oriented yet efficient cleaning Jessica executed masterfully in our 950 sqft home. She scrubbed the floors, vacuumed the floors (with her own gadget, which is cute and great, since it did seem to clean much better than ours), dusted with a hi-​tech glove type gadget that locked in the dust (unlike others, that just scatter it). She even cleaned (mopped) the balcony and the front porch (the latter had not been cleaned for many many months !) She has a great sense of *squeaky* clean, so one can easily leave the house to her and not worry about anything… yet she is also open to suggestions if you have specific requests that can be included in your payment range (e.g. she was able to squeeze in a quick fridge clean up for us for some extra $)
We were so happy with her service that we now decided to get her help at least once a month. Overall, I would recommend her services to everybody… wait, I shouldn’t say that. I don’t want her to get fully-​booked :)

All I can say is «WOW!» Jessica was prompt, professional, friendly and definitley exceeded expectations. My place is small, but had been neglected and needed a good scrubbing. Jessica is simply amazing & I will be using her for all my cleaning needs going forward.

My roommate and I started researching cleaning services once we realized we were officially moving and our questionable landlord was definitely going to try to keep our deposit.
We narrowed it down to two estimates and went with Jess. She came in, with a «no problem» attitude and gave us a guarantee of satisfaction or she would come back and fix any issues. We didn’t expect to have to use the guarantee, but sure enough, our picky landlord found issues with her thorough cleaning job (I inspected the apt. myself once she was done and she provided me with an itemized list of everything she did! Our landlord was still not satisfied).
Maintaining her easy no problem attitude, she talked to my landlord directly within five minutes of me texting her and returned to «fix» the alleged issues that afternoon! She was beyond awesome and kind and made me feel confident in a difficult landlord situation. She is professional and trustworthy. She truly is the best!
***Please Note/​Remember: The place was clean to begin with and Jess did a great job the first time around… but, did I mention my questionable landlord???***
