Jerry’s Detailing & Hand Car Wash

I have been coming to this car wash for Years and am extremely bummed that I am moving and won’t be able to come here again. I did take my car to get washed one last time yesterday and, as usual, it was great.
For a hand car wash it is $ 25 and that might sound expensive to some, but the best part is they actually do a GOOD job. You can leave your car there, run errands, if you work in the building, go to work and they’ll give you a call when your car is done. I always lose jewelry in my car and these guys are so great they will place any found item nicely in the car so that I see it as soon as I get in. I’m also notorious for having multiple pairs of shoes in my car, they line them up so nicely in the back that it looks like a store display.
Bottom line, this is the best car wash, and they have the best most trustworthy employee.
In order to get to the car wash, you have to enter the 1615 murray canyon rd parking garage. car wash is on the lowest level of the garage. you’ll see a big red sign that says «Jerry’s Detailing».
One thing to note, they sometimes do have multiple cars to wash. The earlier you get there, the better. Also make sure you discuss with them what time you need your car done by! They might not be able to finish in your requested window of time and you might have to bring it back later.

Firstly, this is by far the best car wash I’ve ever had and it just happens to be at the best price ($ 20). Secondly, the fact that I can drop my car off, go to work (or to Ralphs), and pick it up looking as good as new is always thrilling. I’ve tried a lot of car washes in San Diego, and this place is THE best. Thanks, Jerry’s!
Note: Jerry’s is located just below the ground level of the garage. It can be tricky to find, but once you find it it’s worth it!
