Established in 2013.

Jason Smith & Brian Padgett co-​founded J&B House Solutions during the summer of 2013 as a real estate investing firm based in San Diego, CA. We specialize in buying distressed properties & developing solutions to any type of distressed seller, Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Investor.

J&B House Solutions is a team of experienced entrepreneurs who pride themselves on their honesty, integrity and determination to help others find solutions to their real estate problems. Our genuine approach to dealing with Sellers, Agents & other Investors has enabled us to build a successful team of like-​minded people focused on finding win-​win solutions to every day problems.

Through this site, we aim to share creative concepts designed to sell or relieve a Homeowner from the burden of a property regardless of its physical condition or the owner’s financial situation. Business Owner

Jason Smith was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He’s been happily married since the year 2000. He lives with his wife, daughter, and identical twin boys. His family enjoys swimming & barbecuing in the summer, and camping at the desert in the winter.

Jason Smith started his real estate investing business in 2009. Since then he has built his real estate dream team and network of resources, to be able to help and assist homeowners with a variety of real estate problems.

Jason Smith is dedicated and loves real estate, and always works in a timely manner. He’s always working hard to find the best solution for all parties involved in a transaction, and works with a very professional title and escrow team. He also enjoys renovating distressed properties, while bringing values back to neighborhoods and placing homeowners back into homes.
