Internal Cleansing & Healing Center offers colon hydrotherapy for cleansing and restoration of your digestive health, immune system, and overall wellbeing.

We offer both the Closed system which is the standard colonic machine as well as the Open LIBBE system. Two amazing machines that deliver high quality cleansing.

The closed system is the most commonly used form of colon hydrotherapy [see photos] The therapist will be in the room with you operating the equipment and doing body work in order to maximize the effect of the session.

The Open LIBBE unit is a gravity fed system [see photos]. For those who have been experiencing a more challenged digestive system with chronic long term constipation, impacted bowels, or nerve damage, this machine would be ideal. The LIBBE bed is an independent colonic machine where the client is able to administer their own session and is in the room him/​herself with the therapist checking in on them. Clients love the privacy that this unit offers.

Both of these machines are effective and amazing; however, each client’s treatment is based on their his/​her individual needs. After having a free consultation, a recommendation for which unit to use will be made. From there, together, we make a course of action as to the duration and frequency of your treatment.

Established in 2014.

Internal Cleansing & Healing Center’s doors opened in July of 2014. We are located in Scripps Ranch just north of Mira Mesa Blvd.

The owner, Tracy Rosenberg, has been an I-​ACT

Certified colon hydrotherapist for 10 years and is the owner of the former Internal Cleansing Center which was located in Banker’s Hill.

Aside from the colon hydrotherapy, the new cleansing center now offers nutritional health coaching independent or along with the cleansing sessions.

I have been a colon hydrotherapist for over 10 years with a long history working with clients to help establish a healthy digestive system. Nutrition and health have always been my passion. From healthy cooking, regular exercise, and seasonal cleansing sessions, I have found my path to health.

Having had a long history of digestive health concerns and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, I know this path is for me… to help others get well and feel their best.

I moved to San Diego from Chicago in 2003 as a massage therapist. After years of experiencing chronic digestive issues and fatigue, I opted to do some cleansing sessions of my own. I was fascinated with the process and for the first time in my life, I had experienced what health and feeling my best actually meant. I immediately went to school and started off in the industry in 2005.

My intention is to help others who have had similar health issues or anyone looking to optimize their health.

Tracy is great! I was a little uncomfortable about having a colonic, however Tracy made me feel comfortable the moment I walked thru the door. She went into detail what and how it’s done and I felt at ease thru out the entire appointment. Not only is she good at giving colonic I had many questions on IBS that she was able to answer. I’ve been going for a few weeks an plan on continuing her services. She has given me hope that not only do I feel better but I shall stay better and won’t have to deal with this problem of IBS I’ve had for years. Also my Son who doesn’t have IBS goes for cleansing just to stay healthy. I recommend every one should cleanse the inside of there body as well as outside. U will feel great! Tracy makes the process comfortable. She is good at setting you at ease while you go through it. You want someone like Tracy when you are going for a colonic. The facilities are also good, clean and professional.
I signed up for the full 10 session cleanse, and feel that is the way to go.
The results are great. I feel better, healthier.

Tracy is bad ass! Pun intended… I have always wanted to try colonics as a means to cleanse and for health reasons, and I flirted with the idea on and off for years. I researched and even had pegged Tracy as the one based upon my internet research. Fast forward several years, and I was experiencing a nagging feeling of bloating, fatigue and general malaise– I was close to being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease before I ended up finally leaving a dreadful sounding message for Tracy on a Sunday evening. She called me back right away full of such compassion and put me at ease immediately. From my first session, I would have never guessed how easy it all was. I would have not been able to have been convinced that it would go so well. Immediately I felt less inflammation and a sense of emotional relief along with a lighter feeling. I walked out of that first session not realizing that the next three sessions would get better and better and finally I would not be able to go much more than two weeks without a colonic from Tracy, because I had finally found something that made me feel amazing and good. Trust me go with a package of at least three and go with an open mind and the knowing that Tracy is a healer that will help you if you are open to it.

Making the decision to try cleansing wasn’t easy for me. I was incredibly uncomfortable and nervous the first time I went in. Tracy’s down to earth and supportive manner allowed me to relax. She actually listens to me and can relate to some of the issues I have been battling for years. I have seen many doctors for my digestive issues and most of them didn’t take me seriously and made me feel like a hypochondriac but Tracy is different. I, and I think anyone would have a great deal of apprehension about going in for an internal cleansing for the first time. It can conjure up some deep anxiety but I had gone through some significant life changes that made me feel very uncomfortable and bloated. On the recommendation of a knowledgeable friend and after reviewing all the websites I finally decided to call Tracy.
Talking with Tracy put me at ease immediately and we set an appointment. Once in the office, and still apprehensive, Tracy explained exactly what was going to happen, how the equipment worked and what the goal was. We also talked about the reasons for hydrotherapy and what it could do for the body. She was most professional and knowledgeable and very sensitive to my concerns. The procedure rooms and office are immaculately clean, very comfortable and private. The process takes about an hour and is actually surprisingly comfortable, can be very relaxing and after the first session I felt rejuvenated and energized. I have been three times now and have actually looked forward to subsequent visits to Tracy’s clinic.
It is a sensitive subject for many but Tracy has made a believer out of me and I am looking forward to becoming a regular client. I am learning to take better care of myself and it makes sense that we have to pay as much attention to inner selves as we do to our outer selves. As for results, I couldn’t be happier. I am feeling better, my body is working better and it is wonderful to no longer feel so bloated and sluggish. I am finally just a «regular» guy.

I am new to colonics and have now been to see Tracy 5 times! One of my employees referred me who has been coming to Tracy for a few years. I have IBS and have problems when i travel, get anxiety, or stressed. I felt sooo much better even after my first session. I now see Tracy on a permanent basis so that i can feel my best! She makes you feel so comfortable and really cares about your well-​being. She is full of information and is always so ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend everyone come see her!

Tracy is the best! If you are new to colonics or have had them in the past, you’ll love working with Tracy.
She’s knowledgeable, informative, friendly and immediately puts you at ease. Working with Tracy over the last year has definitely improved my overall health and when I fall off the bandwagon, I know I can get back on-​track with some regular sessions. I would recommend Tracy to anyone, from those who want a periodical cleanse or those who may be experiencing some health issues and would benefit from a more regular cleanse schedule as part of a treatment plan.

I can’t say enough about Tracy. I’ve have colonics before, from others. Tracy seems to understand what’s going on inside people better. She knows how to make me feel comfortable, she knows how to make the process more effective, and she has taken great care of friends that I’ve sent to her. Everyone LOVES Tracy. I may have a book on health and cleansing, I may be a certified nutritionist, I may have lead thousands on cleanses and coach them through becoming healthier, but as a man I’m always apprehensive when I ponder my annual colonic. Where can I start? I have been dealing with this problem as far as I can remembered and have reached out to multiple doctors to help ease this issue to help me be normal and regular. As we all know this is a very embarassing topic to talk about with anyone and for that I have kept it to myself for so long. Speaking with doctors did not help at all, they actually made it even worse for me. I did research and read up on everything I can do to help with my bowel movement issue and tried almost everything I can possibly think off (pills, tea, powder, diet) but nothing seem to work. one day it really dawned on me to look into hydro colonic cleansing and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I called up a few places to see how much the procedure was and felt most comfortable when I spoke with Tracey on the phone. She have awesome package deals and on top of that she is so awesome and funny. She made my whole experience easy and comfortable. My first session told it all, I felt so great leaving and knew the more sessions I get the better I will feel. I truly believe that Tracey will and can help with with my «going to the bathroom problem once and for all.» She is so sweet, flexible/​accommodating to your schedule and best of all she genuinely wants to help improve ur internal health. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who has any problems going to the bathroom regularly or even if u are regular it’s a great way to flush all the build up out. Who would think of cleanses? No, not those that might make you think of hocus pocus or sweat lodges. I mean those that involve cleaning your large intestine.
We eat and drink and we [sometimes] abuse our bodies. I was feeling at «that» point of divergence: Should I keep eating like I am a teenager with not a care in the world for the rest of my life? OR should I be nice to my body, clean it, and eat healthier?
I researched body detoxification and many books recommended a liquid cleanse (ingesting liquids and nutrients) and a bowel cleanse too.
I would never consider hydrotherapy or anything remotely associated with putting «anything» through the end of my large intestine… but again, I was at that point of divergence and I [really] wanted to clean my body.
Hydrotherapy is not a procedure that you «shop» around for, I would not go from one therapist to the other, so I consider myself very lucky to have found Tracy.
She answered the myriad of question I had about the procedure. When I was finally ready to start my sessions, she put me completely at ease and was very professional.
After two sessions I saw and felt results. The hydrotherapy sessions were the perfect complement to my strict cleansing diet. My experience with Terry has made me promise –to myself– to cleanse every year. Thanks Tracy!
