Specialties
I could say I’m just a San Diego personal trainer but it’s not true. My passion is helping people believe in themselves and that a healthy life has more too offer. You have the ability to achieve a high level of success. It’s a matter of how bad do you want it. Once you make the choice to change let me help you keep that desire and maximize it with safe and effective workouts.
History
Established in 2003.
My history… well it’s simple. When I was a young man I played sports and when I played, I played hard. Over the years my body began to breakdown from all my injuries: 8 knee surgeries, shoulder reconstruction, broken foot, broken arm, broken elbow that required surgery, foot surgery, 4 concussions, herniated disc in my low back, herniated disc in my neck, three lower inguinal hernias, and numerous stitches.
The reason I’m telling you this is that no matter what happened in my life, I always exercised and it helped keep me from depression. Needless to say I became very good at working with and around injuries. So if you’re an athlete or weekend warrior, you have come to the right place guys and girls :-)
Meet the Business Owner
John T.
Business Owner
Before moving to san Diego, I personal trained in Chicago for over 15 years.
Ever since I was a kid I loved working out and decided, «hey I can make a career out of this.» My philosophy was simple, if you pursue what you love and are passionate about it, you will always be successful. That is how I try to get my clients to view exercise. If you continually tell yourself you hate it… you will. But if you find the positive side and keep yourself focused on that, great things will happen and you can achieve whatever you want. I am also a big believer in positive reinforcement. So I continually track your progress and performance. That way even if your not see changes in the mirror, fitness wise things are happening and it will only be a matter of time before the mirror will show that. Remember if you think health first you will always look better.
