History

Established in 2011.

After working together in several law firms, Mr. Huston and Ms. McCaffrey formed Huston | McCaffrey, LLP to better serve their potential clients. The firm’s attorneys work closely with clients, as a team, to achieve superior results.

Manager

As the lead trial litigator for Huston | McCaffrey, Mr. Huston, a former prosecutor, is currently admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California and all four federal United States District Courts of California. With his leadership, the firm has been able to get superior results in criminal defense, and complex civil and bankruptcy litigation.

Our other managing partner, Ms. McCaffrey has, over the years, worked in five separate law firms that specialized in criminal defense and civil litigation (including mortgage, bankruptcy and family law). She has been key to the firm’s recent successes in expungments, unlawful detainers, restraining orders, and family law cases.

Together, the managing partners at Huston|McCaffrey, LLP are dedicated to work with their clients as a team to reach excellent results in the legal arena.
