Paula R.

Business Owner

Paula was born and raised in La Jolla, CA. She received her Undergraduate Degree from Claremont McKenna College in Economics and her Master’s Degree from San Diego State University in Nutritional Sciences. Paula completed her Dietetic Internship through Iowa State University and is currently living in San Diego with her husband Mike.

Paula is a Registered Dietitian and a member of the American Dietetic Association, California Dietetic Association, and the San Diego Dietetic Association. She has always been passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition and is enthusiastic about helping others reach and maintain a healthy, balanced life. Knowing there is not one solution for everyone, Paula looks forward to exploring techniques that work for each one of her clients. She offers unending support, guidance, and friendship through a journey of healthy change.
