These guys are the experts on hinges. I got some great customer service and help from Rip Fleming. Very detail oriented and patient, with lots of diagrams to help me take the right measurements to find the correct replacement hinge.

I needed a double-​action swinging door hinge for a glass-​paned dining room door (my wife wanted it to swing open/​closed from either direction. Website was simple to use and the hinge shipped the same day (placed my order in the afternoon). Received the hinge in two days with basic (USPS) shipping. NO NEED TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. SERVICE IS GREAT!!!

I recently bought a gorgeous all-​wood office unit: all-​in-​one desk and return, wall of bookshelves, several filing drawers, and huge hutch.
The catch? Broken keyboard drawer hinges left a very visible part of the desk module looking all wonky and not office-​ready, function-​wise.
Local stores couldn’t help. They couldn’t even tell me what to call the type of hinge I needed or where to look.
Measured the broken hinge and about five minutes of looking online later and, V-​I-​C-​T-​O-​R-​Y! They even offered the hinge in multiple finishes — one of which was a perfect match.
Ordered Wednesday, was installing on Friday, even shipped (standard) from halfway across the country. Perfect!
