Hard Rock 4x4

Nothing but great service. They are a little remote but if you are a hardcore 4×4 fan and dont want to pay Offroad Warehouse for their markup then come here! My XJ has needed a number of little fixes here and there and John and his team have always come through. Custom work? They can do it.
The only issue I have had was not with this company. Last time I handed my Jeep over to John for a few days to get some work done the agreement was that he would get a 3^rd party to weld in a new floor pan. I was gone for 12 days and it never got done. The reason John gave me when I picked it up was the 3^rd party was not responsive.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have visited this place over a half a dozen times. Why!!! I still don’t know. This guy has CONSISTENTLY disappointed me and each time I ask myself, «Why do you even waste time on this guy». Well, «John» (owner) says through his Middle Eastern and condescending accent, there is «…is no one else where you can buy Jeep parts». And according to him, he is doing me a favor by selling it to me. Yes, he even said that.
I actually had merchandise on the guys counter ready to pay as the guy continued to be a pr!#K. I suggested he be a little nicer to his customers where he replied, «I am being nice, I’m selling you this part». Needless to say, I kindly shook the man’s hand and told him he’ll never see me again.
Since then, I found every part I was looking for on ebay and 25% cheaper — and yup, free shipping and no Pr!#K. If you go, can’t say I didn’t warn you. This guy needs to be put out of business. If you’re a Jeepster, this guy violates every businessman, community servant, and hobby-​est code I can think of. Some people just shouldn’t be in business… and he just earned himself a boy-​cotter that will be going out of the way to help people avoid business like this.
Good luck, you’ll need it. And by the way, he volunteered that he makes 80% of his profit from labor (once you see the parts quality, you’ll see why), so expect to be told he is the only person or the best person to do the work.

They answer and talk on the phone like you owe them something and just rude. Go to a junk yard before thinking here.

I called looking for a front axle for my Jeep. The first guy asked me a few questions then handed me off to another guy that asked the same questions again. It was very apparent he was not very knowledgably about front ends, or Jeeps. I’m building a 1956 Jeep, I’m looking for a late model open knuckle Dana 44 axel (I don’t care what year) he hung up on my call! I wish Scotty’s was still around.

John got my transmission rebuilt for a fair price years ago and its still going strong. My also helped out my buddy with small parts on his wrangler.
