Rudy is a kind, honest and excellent craftsman!
My teenaged daughter crashed her Honda Civic and the AAA tow truck driver suggested that the car was totaled and that I have him take it to an autobody shop in Leucadia. The place in Leucadia gave me a report within 2 hours with two pages of parts they would need to replace and a repair quote of $ 3,600 yet they when I went there they aggressively tried to get me to sell the car to them for $ 500.
After a Google search, I found Rudy at America Auto Wrecking. Rudy told me he would repair it with high quality after-​market parts and if I didn’t like the repair, he would find me a buyer. Rudy even referred me to Tic Tac Tow, who towed the car from Leucadia to National City for only $ 100. The AAA towing company wanted $ 300!
Rudy did an absolutely amazing job. The before and after pics look like day and night! The car runs perfectly and looks beautiful, he even polished the car. How nice of a guy is Rudy? He knew the car belonged to a teenager so he even put $ 20 worth of gas in her empty tank!
Now for the bottom line. This repair which would’ve cost me $ 3,600 in Leucadia, Rudy did in National City for $ 1,100!!! I will be going to Rudy for all my auto repair needs in the future, it’s well worth the drive!
