Excellent service and great food. I had the carne asada burrito and it was huge! Definitely get your money’s worth here! Everything was made on the spot and still had quick service.

Don’t let the appearance deceive you. This spot is legit. The California burrito. That’s it. The fries are so crispy and it has guacamole in it which is spot on. I was very happy with this find. And the woman working the register was extremely friendly. I will definitely head back there next time I’m in town.

I was craving Mexican food, and this place is right around the corner from where I live. I got a Carne Asada taco, and it was so big that I had to eat it with a fork, because everything kept falling out of it. I think it was the best taco that I’ve ever had, and I’ll be back. They now take credit cards with a $.60 convenience fee.

Great taste, good amount of food, and they deliver to the fence for the military base right across the street from them. They don’t get the full five stars because they don’t take card, only cash which it could be an inconvenience.

I’ve been to Lucha Libre and all the places the locals say have the best California burrito. I had no idea how wrong they were. Guerrero’s is unassuming to say the least, across from the Navy base with its fortress-like fence, sharing the street with auto-body shops, industrial manufacturers, and the massive adult emporium, but don’t let that dissuade you. They have the best California burrito that I’ve ever had. Ever. You want a quality burrito, go here. Cash only, but it’s worth the pre-burrito trip to the ATM.

Guerrero Taco Shop(
) is located in kind of a run-down(not ghetto) looking area. They are sandwiched between a car shop and a print shop with bars over their smashed out windows. Right across the street are Military buildings which will come into play at the end of this review. They have an awesome carne asada burrito even though the bottom dropped out on me. They also have a great ham(no bacon available) breakfast burrito. What they don’t have is pollo asado which kinda surprised me. Carne asada burrito(w/beans and cheese only) # 114 — Breakfast burrito # 121 — Now, I hope the following information does not put the lives of our men and women in uniform in any peril. Well, at least when it comes to their appetite. See, while I sat outside enjoying my carne asada burrito, I noticed a Military dude across the street standing on his side of the fence who kept staring in my direction. I thought that he was just bummed that he wasn’t over here at this taco shop. He stood there for a good 7 minutes just looking over in my direction which made me feel sorry for the guy. All of a sudden, one of the guys working at Guerrero’s comes running by me with a white bag. Holy crap — they’re passing burritos through the fence! The Military guy hands over the cash and, in return, gets a bag of burrito(or taco) goodness. By the way, I will be attending the ceremony when the employees of Guerrero Taco Shop all receive the Presidential Citizens Medal for«exemplary deeds of service for the nation.» Guerrero Taco Shop, I salute you!

People have been swearing by this place, so I just recently tried it myself… wow. This place has the best California burrito’s and Carne Asada burritos I HAVEEVERHAD. And these burrito’s are meal unto themselves. I can’t believe I didn’t go before. I’ve been several times and either get their #14, which is a Carne Asada burrito with 3 rolled tacos(taquitos), or a California burrito. As good as it gets.
