Cassandra smith is the best ! I followed her from her previous salon. Golden touch is a really cool place and she has her own room now which is really nice. Cassandra is great with cuts and styles and also color. She definitely keeps current on all the trends and techniques. I have been coming to her for about 6 years now and will follow her anywhere !! She has a really cool personality too. I referred her to a co worker and she is now a loyal customer !

Courtney took my call on a Saturday and made me a and my daughter a Sunday appointment because I was leaving town. She was very sweet and did a great job. I highly recommend asking for Courtney to have your hair colored styled or a wax. She’s very good and very personable. Will definitely be having her do my hair again next time I am in town. My daughter’s first time having hair colored and she had an awesome experience. Thank you Courtney.

Courtney Voth did an incredible job on my hair. I made an appointment with her last week, not knowing what to expect. I haven’t had my hair done by a professional in a while, and it showed… but upon arrival, I knew I was in good hands! She gave genuine advice and suggestions for styling/​highlighting my hair, and proceeded to wow me with her talent. She fixed the awful brassiness that was a result of at-​home bleaching, and took her time to make sure the highlights blended seamlessly with my natural hair. I also got a hair cut and blow-​out and honestly felt like my hair was reborn. I haven’t had my hair feel this healthy and beautiful in a long time and needless to say I would recommend her to everyone! Thanks again for the new do, Courtney! :)

I was so happy to find Courtney! She did an amazing job cutting my hair, and knew exactly what to do for the transition to my natural color using highlights/​lowlights. I also love the way she styled my hair, and I’ve never had so many compliments on how great my hair looks! She is extremely talented, very professional and has a great personality. This was my first visit to this salon. I am very happy that Courtney did my hair color touch up. The salon is wonderful! Everyone is super nice.
My appointment was at 1:00 PM, and I was taken immediately, no wait at all.
Courtney did an amazing job on my hair. She is professional, detail oriented, and fun! She definitely knows style and color, listens to what you want, and follows through with great results!
She was fast, too, which is a plus, I don’t like spending a long time at a beauty salon.
I like to get a professional advice, and a clear explanation about what to expect. Then, I want my stylist to follow exactly what we agreed upon to be done.

Ashley is the best! I found her online as a dealer for a certain type of extensions. I went in for a consultation and she let me see how they feel and all that jazz. She ended up recommending a different kind for me and I’m so glad she did! I got dreamcatcher extensions and she made sure it was all even throughout, gave me plenty of tips on how to care for them, and recommended certain products to keep them in good condition longer. Plus she’s super friendly. The color she picked was perfect and she made them blend really well with my hair (: Wish I had done this earlier!

Finally found a place to call home. Been jumping around for a few years since my last stylist closed shop. They did a great job on my hair. No attitude, no fluff, and the prices were very fair. I also went for a massage and that was definitely quality as well. I recommended Golden Touch to my wife and she fell in love with it right away as well.

Girls this is the place. And Scotty’s your man. Ask for him by name. Not only has Scott served our country, but serves a great cup of coffee while doing the most amazing job on your hair. He listens, he’s attentive, he’s funny, smart… intelligent conversation… and has no qualms in changing it up do what YOU want with a little bit of expertise flair of his own. He has lots of experience and you won’t be disappointed thanks Scotty I’ll be back!!!

This review is for a gel manicure/​pedicure that I got from Bonnie (who also goes by Impeccable 10 Nails). I found her and this salon via a Groupon (although I believe that the Groupon said that she was still working at Tru Salon). I had gotten my mani/​pedi done to go to a wedding out of state. My gel nails (which should last at least 2 weeks although my previous ones have lasted about 3 weeks) did not even last 1 week before the gel polish was chipping, nail polish coming off of the majority of the top of the nail, and the color was different on the same nail.
When I came back in town, I texted Bonnie to let her know what happened with my nails and to see if she could do my nails again to fix the ones that were ruined. Essentially, she stated that my mani definitely should not have been the way that it was when I texted her pictures of a few of my nails on 1 hand. Thereafter, she said that she would fix them for me (which I appreciated).
However, the soonest she had available was about 1 week out from the date that I texted her (after I believe I had to follow-​up with her). So, I booked that appointment and let her know that my nails were looking bad. I show up on the day of my appointment that we scheduled. As it turns out, Bonnie was not there. They informed me that she left for the day and told them she did not have any more appointments. I told them that I booked the appointment 1 week ago. They tried calling her. I sat there for about 20 – 30 minutes waiting to see if they would hear back from her. But, they were not successful.
Thus, I decided to text her to let her know that I was at the salon. Her response to me was something like «oh, I thought I talked to you already». I informed her that we had not spoken since I made the appointment. She did not even apologize for forgetting my appointment (which I thought was rude and unprofessional). I asked her about rescheduling and if she could give me another date for the appointment. She said she would text me back later because she was busy. I followed up with her about 2 days later since I did not hear back from her. I saw that she read my text. But, she never responded back to me; and, definitely did not contact me again to reschedule the appointment — that was about 1 month ago and I still have not heard back from her (which I also thought was rude and unprofessional).
Bonnie is nice. However, I will not be going back to her given the above issues (as well as the fact that the lady that was helping me at the salon when we were waiting to hear back from Bonnie told me that she had the similar issues that I had with my nails). Me spending the extra money to get a gel mani was useless and a waste of money. The time that I had to spend there for my 2^nd appointment was obviously also a waste of my time.

Courtney was professional, sweet, and did a great job with my hair! It looks great and is so soft and clean. I definitely recommend getting a haircut at Golden Salon. The salon itself is clean and cute. Go in and see Courtney at Golden Salon!

I was recommended to come here by a friend who had a similar hair color fiasco. She told me to make an appointment with Scott. He was fabulous! He started out the appointment asking me what I liked and didn’t like about my current color. Then I showed him a few pictures and from there he transformed my color back to natural and beautiful. The salon itself is very nice, clean and cute. All the staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Golden Touch Salon to anyone wanting a great color and cut with great service.

I’ve been seeing Amy for over five years now. She does excellent work and always asks a lot of questions to make sure we both have the same idea. She is a color expert! She also cuts my husband’s hair and he loves her work too! I would highly recommend Amy!

This review is for Cassandra aka Cassie. I’ve been going to see her for over a year now. She has cut, dye, Ombré to balayage on my hair. No one touches my hair except for Cassie because she’s the only one at this shop knows how to balayage your hair the way you imagined. Aside from able give a really cute haircut… She’s extremely good with coloring. She knows her COLORs.

Long story short, once you go to CASSIE… you won’t want ANYONE else touching your hair!

She is the # 1 BEST HAIRSTYLIST and colorist. So much so that not only I followed her from her previous salon, but several of my relatives and friends have done so as well. I always loooove my highlights! When it gets closer to the time my highlights need to be done, I can’t hardly wait. Not only does she do the best highlights you’ll ever set your eyes on (I get compliments all the time.), but she is the sweetest person who will make you laugh til the tears start rolling. I’m extremely picky about my hair, but I always feel like I’m floating on a cloud once I see my hair after Cassie’s taken care of business. I have friends and relatives with different colors and textures of hair, and Cassie is a pro at it all.
She has her own room, and she always greets you with the kindest smile, makes you feel right at home. And if you refer someone to her, you and the person you refer get a discount. My hair always look perfect when Cassie cuts and highlights it. 110% satisfied. A+++++

This review is for Patrick. He had heard about my nightmare experience that Evelyn ruined my hair, made a consultation appointment with him so that he can assess the damage and to get the hair back on fleek mode.
The consultation appointment was pretty neat, he assessed my hair, asked what products I normally use on my hair, how I want my hair to be done, etc. I now know that some of the products I’ve been purchasing over the years (example: Herbal Essence, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, etc.) aren’t the greatest for my hair — they’re actually not good at all. EEK! I am soooooo glad he informed me of this.
So after the consultation we set up the appointment for him to work his magic on my unicorn mane. Patrick went above and beyond to get the Red and Purple ombré colors I wanted done to my hair and even trimmed my hair to perfection. He didn’t do a rush job, you can totally tell he is a great artist at what he does and truly cares that his clients are happy before walking out the door. He also ordered products that will work better on my hair AND is having them shipped to me so that I don’t have to drive all the way back to pick it up.
I am now happy to say that I think I have found my new go-​to stylist and my hair now gets COMPLIMENTS and not COMMENTS (huge difference). Trust me… when Evelyn ruined my hair… i had a fair share of comments on my hair (i.e. did you do that yourself? what color is that supposed to be? what happened? etc…)
If i was rich and famous I would take him everywhere with me — NO JOKE
I can seriously honestly say, with what magic he did with my hair — I can take selfies all day — no shame — only because Patrick made my hair that much AWESOME.
