I haven’t used this company but their truck just tried to run me off the road in traffic twice. Not smart to road rage in a company vehicle come on now. :(

Great customer service and quick repair time! I called them to repair my Herman Miller chair, which I purchased from another company who have awful customer service and return policy, and Diego was able to fix the chair the very next day and for a fair price. Diego was professional, friendly, and very qucik with They also let me try one of their new chairs for an entire week, free of charge. When I need another office chair, I will be purchasing it from GM. Highly recommended.

I have furnished most of my workplace with furniture from GM. From café chairs and lounge chairs to conference tables and office desk systems or main lobby front desks, GM can get it all. They have accounts with hundreds of manufacturers and has an entire team that specializes in Healthcare. They can customize anything to your needs. They will walk an existing space and get dimensions or work from architectural blueprints. And they can provide cad drawings for your project as well. The installers always show up on time, are very professional and efficient. All around, GM is great to work with on any project and I highly reccommend them.

Really nice showroom and really nice employees. Unfortunately I could not find a chair that was comfortable. The first chair that was brought to my office was a Herman Miller Aeron. After sitting in it for one week, I felt crippled. My back was a wreck. I went to the showroom and sat in just about every chair and finally picked a more traditional office chair. After a few days, the back adjuster on it broke and that was that. Because it was purchased by my company, to go through the whole process of trying to get a new chair just isn’t worth it. Oh well…

Very cool place. We came here about a year ago, and bought amazing Herman Miller chairs for everyone in our office — pricey, yes, but, we spend more time in our office chairs than almost anywhere else, so worth it in the long run, and attractive, too. Service here is beyond dedicated. They definitely go the extra mile. Came in again this week to look at storage cabinets, cubicle spaces, kitchen furniture, and everything looks wonderful. Top quality that you would expect to pay top dollar for, but check them out, and you may be surprised at the prices they can give you. We often have Herman Miller tastes on an Ikea budget, but they will do their best to get you something close to what you want at prices you can afford. Even if you’re just curious, schedule an appointment for a tour of their showroom — it’s a cool experience.

Great customer service! I worked with Marilyn to get a few chairs for the office and she was very accommodating! When we went to see the showroom, we were blown away and our names to greet us were even on their tv screen right behind the receptionists! The show room is so modern, it makes you want to buy everything! Even the waiting area reminded me of a sitting room for the future year of 2050! Anyway, we were able to sit on a few chairs, pick our swatches of back and seating and Marilyn even worked with our price range! Another perk, they have coffee, tea and pastries for you to eat or take home an they valet! Definitely worth working with these people if you want a classy upgrade to your workspace!
