I have had a Herman Miller chair for 16 years, yesterday it broke. I called Herman Miller and they referred me to GM Business Interiors. Within hours of me calling GMBI Bryan K reached out to me to get the chair repaired. First of all HM chairs has a 12 year warranty, so you can bet this product is of high quality. Today I took my chair to Bryan at GMBI and he and a colleague fixed it in 30 minutes at no cost to me. I was pleasantly shocked at the level of customer service I had received. I am now going to reach out to them in the next months to buy more office furniture from them for my home offices. I highly recommend that you work with GMBI their customer service is extraordinary.
