Bean n cheese and bean, cheese, n jalapeño bolillos are great! Im sure the carnivores will like the bolillos with machaca and chorizo.

The bread is really good. I suggest coming the morning to get a good batch. Not too expensive. Pas de cher. J’aime le pain!

I’m 23, lived in this area for 23 years, and I’ve NEVEREVERONCEINMYLIFE been to a Mexican bakery. I don’t know why… probably my embarrassment of not knowing a lick of Spanish besides greetings and asking where the restroom is… but after getting a haircut nearby I decided to stop in. I have no idea what I bought. It was in the oven to the left upon entering, one of the top choices… it was some bread stuffed with ham and cheese and it cost me less than $ 2 and it was delicious. Needless to say… NOMSWERESERVED. My next stop will most likely be after getting a haircut at the same spot. The lady there was amiable which made everything that much easier.

Its all about the stuffed bolillos in the morning here… Hot and ready to eat! Plus, they are always friendly.

Maybe I was just there on an off day, but everything looked stale. Things that should have been soft were hard. I couldn’t bring myself to leave a Panaderia empty handed, but I ended up throwing away both of the things I bought because they were gross. :(

I go to Gloria’s Bakery to get my Mexican Sweet bread when I don’t want to run into the crowds at Northgate Market(It’s always very busy). Gloria’s Bakery is your typical Mexican Bakery. They make all the yummy sweet bread that you love. Like Conchas, empanadas, Galletas(Cookies), turnovers, & rellenos. It is very similar to Panchita’s Bakery in Golden hill. It is located in the middle of a small strip mall. Parking is never an issue, neither is getting in and out.
