GLIDE TC specializes in sport-​specific and performance training. We look to elevate the ability of athletes of all levels. Whether you are a weekend warrior looking to reduce the possibility of injury, or a competitive athlete looking to elevate your game, we can help you reach new levels.

Our greatness doesn’t stop on the playing or practice fields. We also offer custom nutritional services and sessions of stretching and mobility training.

If you are looking for motivation from others then join our Sunday Sweat workout @ 10 AM or start your own Group F.I.T. sessions.

History

Established in 2015.

GLIDE TC started as a side project that was aimed to increase the time personal training clients could spend with their trainers with the goal of increasing the rate of results. What we saw was an increase in performance and decrease in body fat, but most importantly an increase in interest and passion for health.

Today GLIDE is now a growing training business that still holds true to its roots as a passion project. GLIDE still offers reasonable prices for their expert services and holds free cardio workouts and social events.

As Founder of GLIDE TC, Josh is excited to bring over a decade’s worth of training, education, and experience to bear on your athletic goals. Whether it is creating a program for your next half marathon, or getting you ready for the links, Josh has the right fitness solution for you. In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM), Josh is also a card carrying Running Coach (RRCA) and college graduate with a BS in Exercise Science.
