Quick review: INCREDIBLE food. AWFUL service. Long review: I recently discovered this place and have been here three times since. The first time, I ordered a smoothie(very basic, three ingredients) and it took almost 15 minutes to make. I was confused why it took so long for just a smoothie, but I figured it was a one time thing, and didn’t think much about it. The second time I was here, I ordered the same smoothie, they charged me, and then after I had been waiting 5 minutes or so, they told me they didn’t have one of the ingredients and so I had to pick another smoothie. I’d already paid, so I decided on an alternative, but it was pretty annoying that they’d charge me and then wait five minutes to tell me I couldn’t get what I had paid for. The THIRD time I came by, just about an hour ago, I decided to call ahead, because it was my day off, I was in my pajamas, and I didn’t want to spend any time just sitting waiting for my food. I called in a chicken gyro, an order of dolmas(grape leaves), and a smoothie. This time they verified that they had all the ingredients for my smoothie, which I appreciated. They told me it’d be 15 – 20 minutes. I waited a little extra and came 30 minutes later and my smoothie was STILLNOTREADY. Not even that, they hadn’t even started it. When I got to the front to pick up my order, they told me they were busy and I needed to hold on a minute. So I stood there in my pajamas while he got things in order, and then when he finally got to me, he turned to his coworker and loudly asked(right in front of me) if he had started the smoothie yet, and his coworker said no. So I told them to just take it off my bill — I didn’t want it anymore. The whole point of calling ahead was so I didn’t have to stand there in my pajamas while my food was made. Both employees apologized to me as I paid and left. I felt bad, because they were very friendly, but it was ridiculous that I had called 30 minutes in advance and they had not even started my smoothie. Seriously, it’s three ingredients: matcha powder, milk, and ice. How does that take 30 minutes? I was hoping this would be my new regular smoothie place, because I’d love to pick up a chicken gyro with my smoothie, but it looks like I’ll have to find a new place. 3 stars because the food seriously is STELLAR, but the frustration accompanied with trying to get an order in here almost isn’t worth it. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me three times… find a new place to get a smoothie.

Everything is great here. The gyro sandwiches are delicious, the pizzas are amazing. You can’t go wrong with whatever you order here. It always takes me forever to decide what I want

I’ve tried their food only twice but thought the quality was really good and at a fair price. Both times I ordered the Greek salad with a protein added(chicken kabob meat the first time and gyro the second). The chicken, while deliciously seasoned, was too small a portion for the price of the add on. The gyro however, came in a fair amount and was equally delectable. The food always seems to take about fifteen minutes to prepare so I wouldn’t recommend it on a lunch break unless you call in ahead. The salads were filling and full of flavor from the generous helping of feta and the spices in the dressing. All in all, great for a relatively healthy and delicious meal.

Came in, place was empty and a young lady asked what we’d like. My fiancée and I ordered two juices– the young lady confirmed our order then somehow got it mixed up and asked us two more times what we wanted… Keep in mind we didn’t do anything special, just asked for two drinks that were on the menu. It took well over fifteen minutes to get that with two people making our order and no other customers ordering anything. My juice was… OK but I was hoping for something a little better than subpar. My fiancée’s tasted like straight carrots when there should have been a blend of beets and celery. Our order was $ 11 and I should’ve just gone to the grocery store and picked up something bottled. We won’t be coming back, the food looked good though.

This is not the first issue I’ve had with this place. First time, they left something out of our order and when we found out(after we already got home and were getting ready for our event) we called and politely told them. To our surprise, they made it seem like it was our fault that we were missing an item, even though it was their error for not double/triple checking the orders that go out of their kitchen, to make sure that everything is accurate, before it gets to the customer. Incredibly frustrating. Fast forward to today, we ordered a group meal to go and were told it’ll be 20 – 25 minutes. Okay, cool. Saw other people, with large orders also, get their orders and leave. After 40 minutes of waiting, I approached the cashier to check on our order. Turns out half of our order was sitting on the side, getting cold(nobody called out our party’s name or called the cell number, which they asked for and we gave in the beginning). Once they realized it was our order, then they started hurrying up and putting together the other half of our order. I was severely set back for my evening’s plans and worst of all, there was zero consideration given to the inconvenience that the delay/negligence brought to me and my guest’s plans for the night. No apology or any sort of acknowledgement given. Customer service is lacking. I only gave 2 stars because the food isn’t as disappointing as the customer service. If it were up to me, I wouldn’t come back here again. :/

This place is delicious and healthy! I have been there several times and keep returning. The décor is nice and fresh, the restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, the portions are big, the service is accurate and friendly, and the prices are right. The food is prepared fresh so it can take a while. I have had the chicken kebab, the chicken shawarma, the gyro, hummus, babaganoush, and tsatiki. They had no problem replacing the pita with cucumbers and the food was outstanding. Both chicken dishes had moist, flavoured chicken, and the hummus, babaganoush, and tsatiki was tasty and traditional. The gyro was well cooked and delicious as well. I will be back again and again!

Extremely high quality food with great taste. It all is really freshly made. I always go for the ground beef kebab plate. Portions are slightly small, especially for takeout.

This place can sometimes be hit or miss. The gyros are on point! But twice when I’ve gone they’ve either messed up the order or forgot to put it in. Parking is sometimes hard because it’s in a shopping plaza with a lot of other places. I like that the restaurant is always clean and portions are pretty big.

so this place used to be my favorite to go place but after today that changed. service took forever and to get an order to go literally 30 minutes. they even forgot there was people waiting for orders. and when i got home i realized there was no sauce for my platter and the portion definitely not what i was expecting specially for the price. you have lost a customer.

I have come here twice. The first time was on the recommendation of a friend who said the falafels served at Garden Fresh are the best. Well I got the falafel plate on my first visit. Yesterday, I went again. I again had the falafel plate. It is that good. While I love most Mediterranean food, I just haven’t gotten beyond these falafels. They are crisp on the outside and still moist on the inside unlike many places that cook them dry. The falafel plate comes with rice, salad, pita slices and a yogurt sauce. They have a wide variety of drinks but I noticed they had a yogurt drink. I like those so I got one. It was salty and creamy. Absolutely refreshing after a bite of falafel. I finished my meal off with a small bakalava. It was not too sweet so the nuts weren’t overwhelmed by honey. I highly recommend this grill. Perhaps I will try a gyros plate my next visit.

I’ve been ordering take-out here for about a year, never dined in. My usual order is a smoothie and chicken gyro, which are always delicious. I tried a Mediterranean pizza once and it wasn’t bad, but I prefer the gyro. What I’ve noticed at this Mediterranean spot as opposed to others is that they serve fresh pita bread with the gyro and it really adds a more personable touch to the dish. I have never encountered any problems with my food or service, so I’ve become a pretty loyal customer to them. I’ll even go in just for a smoothie because they taste so good. They do military and student discounts and have a stamp card for the smoothies. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Very cute little place I just discovered! The staff was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products and questions I had for them. Their gyros and baklava were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back here for more Mediterranean cuisine!

Very good food. Got the beef Shawarma with a side of hummus, and was definetely not disappointed. Restaurant was nice, but could tell staff was cut short. Waiter was frantically running across restaurant delivering food. Poor guy needs help!

I ordered the combo plate #1 for $ 8.99. The hummus and baba ganoush was smooth and creamy and the pita came without a layer of butter from being heated on the grill(which is nice!). The pickled beets in the salad were sweet and salty and exploded with flavor. And the falafel was fantastic with a crunchy outside and soft inside. The portion sizes aren’t huge, but they are fair. With an emphasis on quality ingredients instead of blowing you away with huge portions. I was disappointed in the ginger tea. It was far too sweet for me. I guess I should have seen the«flavored teas» and known that it was going to be sweetened. But I saw the ginger tea and thought forsure I’d like it. O well, next time I’m ordering the fresh squeezed orange juice!

Great Gyros/Sambusas. Clean and nice environment. They seem to have a lot of options, as well as good looking baklava(haven’t tried it though) I can’t wait to go back here.

Wow, I came here with my coworker today after being recommended this place. Great food, very open, bright, and clean restaurant! We were(excitedly) overwhelmed by the menu so we got a bit of everything to share: — gyro plate — chicken kebab plate — baba ganoush w pita bread — side of falafel Food came out on nice plates and w great presentation. You get a good amount of food with what you pay! Everything tasted great and fresh. The chicken was well seasoned and tender; and the baba ganoush was amazing! We wish we had room for baklava, but that’s just a good excuse to come back more often! Next time, we’ll try a smoothie too!

Im now realizing ive had more hit than misses today. Their customer service makes up for anything wrong with the food. This guy working now is so nice and helpful. I really wanted sambusa and he recommended the chicken curry burag which was amazeballs. He also made it so it was easy to eat in my car haha. We ordered a green tea passion and green tea fruity smoothie. Whats better than green tea? A fruity passionate green tea smoothie with delicious matcha and soy milk. Ahhhhhh. Ive now accepted their prices as being absolutely acceptable and fair. Thank you for your ridiculously fresh smoothies and delicious sambusa… ahhhhh

I love stuffing my mouth hole with meat. I always have to get a pound of gyro meat when I come here. Always. My body loves protein. Your body does too. The gyro meat here is so juicy and savory. It’s served with a side of tzatziki sauce and you can also order it in a half pound serving, but don’t do that. Trust me, Unilocalers. Order the full pound and box up what you can’t finish because it still tastes so good even the next day. It’s my number one favorite thing to order here. My second favorite thing to order is the beet salad. My mouth is watering thinking about it. You can also order this in a pound and half pound serving. I go with the half pound and it is just enough. These beets are fresh, not from cans. They are chopped into bits and served cold with red onion, parsley, goat cheese, and walnuts. I definitely recommend this salad as a side dish. You can ask to sample any of the salads next to the display register too. Pro tip: your poop is red after you eat this. You do not have blood in your stool. The pita and hummus is 10⁄10. The pizzas are 10⁄10. The combo plates are 10⁄10. The Greek salad is 1⁄10 because salads are a waste of calories and lettuce is stupid and you’ll probably still be fat after you eat that salad so you’re better off ordering something else. The grape leaves are 12⁄10. The grape leaves(dolmas) are another one of my favorites. They’re served warm and I love to dip them in hummus. The lamb shank is awesome! It’s probably the biggest combo plate they have to offer. It makes me feel like a cave woman when I order it and the juicy lamb meat falls right off the bone. The shawarma fries are sooooooo good. The portion is huge!!! If you don’t care about your diet then order the shawarma fries and thank me later!!! The service here is 10⁄10(I love you and miss you Martin)! The bathrooms here are always clean. I haven’t tried the baklava yet because I’m still waiting for Martin to give me the baklava for free. Maybe he will after he reads my review.
