Fast, reliable, respectful and very hard working! Gabriel and his team helped me with kitchen, bath and general demo and they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent! I highly recommend them.

This is my newest Unilocal find. What a great customer service. They where on time and the quoted me the best fair price. One of the things that really stood out was he had a crew the tools and the proper truck, this is not a one guy show with a pickup.
He answered all my texts and calls quickly and got me on his books. This is my new go to and will use them throughout the year.

Good! But…
Price: I called Gabriel’s to haul away some furniture a couple weeks ago. After giving him some information about where I lived, what story I lived on and what was to be hauled, I was quoted $ 150. However, when Gabriel showed up, he said it would be $ 250 instead. Given how much I wanted hauled away (L-​shaped couch w/​a sleeper, dishwasher, mini-​fridge and 3 large pieces to a waterbed frame), $ 250 is still a decent price. This was however a heck of a price jump from the quote.
Service: On the day scheduled for pick-​up, I was called and told that they were running behind. Gabriel asked if he could move the pick-​up to the next day since he had business in La Mesa anyway, and I obliged. On that day, he showed up on time and had everything moved out VERY quickly.
Bottom Line: The four stars are for reasonable pricing, timeliness on the day of arrival, and efficiency of work. The lack of a fifth star is because of the SIGNIFICANT increase off of the original quote, and the scheduling change.
Final Note: I called Gabriel on a recommendation from my cousin, who had used Gabriel’s services a number of times before. However, I found out that the last time he called Gabriel, he also had a significant increase in price (not as much as I had though). Given the level of his reviews, I’m assuming these were isolated incidents, but it did seem like something to note.

Sent an email to Gabriel based on his good reviews at Unilocal and he responded within an hour! Gave me an estimated quote and from there we texted each other as to the time and day that they would haul my junk from my studio apartment. Not only he came in an hour earlier but also agreed to do this on a holiday!!! Memorial day!!. I have to add that I lived on the second floor apartment but this did not deter him nor his very abled crew to finish the job in less than 30 minutes! Who can beat that? I’m a very happy and satisfied customer and I would highly recommend Gabriel to anyone I know who needs junk removal and hauling demolition services. Gabriel is very honest, extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely use his service again. Keep up the good work Gabriel!

Called Gabriel when I needed to clean out a storage unit. He was able to make an appointment for the next day with a 30 minute window. He provided a price prior to getting started and took less than an hour to complete the job. He was professional and curious. Thanks for the great service!

We have used Gabriel several times over the past few years and are never disappointed! He is quick to reply to phone calls, efficient and affordable. On this last trip he hauled away a pile of lumber, stucco and junk from gutting our bathroom at a price much less than those Waste Management bags or dumpster. He is great to work with — cannot recommend him enough!

Gabriel and his crew JUST left and I couldn’t WAIT to give them FIVE STARS! Gabriel called me back promptly, gave me a time window for the next day, texted me that morning with an update and then showed up when he said he would. At least half of small blue collar businesses can’t do that much! Then they clarified what was for taking, what wasn’t, did it all in an hour, charged me a GREAT PRICE, and cleaned up after the pile of demo and other trash had disappeared into his truck! The next best part? My lovely conversation with Gabriel, who is definitely a good man in addition to being a great boss to his guys.
(I used to run a Leadership company — I KNOW a great role model leader when I see one). A business owner who is good to his workers is always good to his customers. Don’t bother calling anyone else! Gabriel is the best.

Gabriel and his crew are awesome! Call them for any demolition job or if you need anything hauled away. I recently had Gabriel demo a good sized deck. They finished the job in a day and cleaned up the area better than it was before. I also had him haul away several other items. Gabriel is very responsive and his services don’t break the bank.

Most affordable, fastest furniture removal company in SD. They were able to come to my house early on a Saturday morning on short notice and finished in less than 5 minutes.

Great communication and reasonable pricing. Gabriel and his team were able to help us remove flooring, drywall, old appliance and cabinetry quickly and they left the place nice and clean. We will be using them for a patio demolition job next. Highly recommend.

I called Gabriel based on his Unilocal reviews and he didn’t disappoint. He quoted a fair price, showed up exactly when he said he would, good communication and completed the job as promised.
We had some items that were still in good shape but seemed a challenge to have Father Joe’s pick up. I asked Gabriel if he had some options for donating these and he noted that was always his first preference. Perfect.
Solid guy… would definitely recommend and use his service again.

Great work and efficient!
I spoke with Gabriel, I believe the owner, and he gave me a fair quote. After accepting the quote he showed up within 2hrs. He hauled away all the dirt that I had. He was fast and efficient. He left my driveway cleaner than what I had it. Will look forward to seeking his services again.

I called at 7AM today and Gabriel answered right away. He came by around 1:30 and gave me a price to remove the large piles of succulents and bags of leaves that I had removed from the hill behind our house. I was surprised he could do the job at that time and he and his crew started in right away and were done in less that an hour. Believe me there was a lot of yard waste and they had to go up and down 29 steps to bring it up to the top level. I am happy I called him and pleased with the job they did. Would definitely recommend his company.

Very professional service. Gabriel took the time to come by to price the job and provide a fair quote comparable to other services. Very efficient and timely removal and clean up for a old metal shed and removal of old tree stumps. Highly recommended and would use again!

Same day service. It does not get better than that! Had some stuff that needed to be taken away and Gabriel got it done fast. I will not hesitate to call in the future!

At least they called back. Does not come to North County for work. Not sure why they are listed under the area they will not come to. I guess they are very selective where they work.
Now i just think the owner is a bit nuts. Called to harass me about my Unilocal review. I had left him a vm, spoken with him and then written my review. Apparently, he has alert on his phone. Just plain weird! If you say North County is too far north than it is what it is. Do not call to yell at me because you wont come north. Just plain weird.
I think this person has significant issues. Left 2 messages about my Unilocal review which I promptly deleted. Apparently, he went through ALL of my Unilocal reviews. Bizarre! But hey, it is a free country buddy. I can write my opinion of my experience on Unilocal… That is the joy of Unilocal
