After collecting the items, we separate and sort everything based on whether it can reused, recycled, or repurposed. We are able to divert over 65% of total items we collect each month from ending up in the landfill.

The reviews looked great, so I thought I would give them a try. Let me tell you, I would NOT recommend this place! I called in the morning, left a voicemail never received a call back. So I decided to make a reservation online, easy enough. However, I never received a confirmation call or email regarding my upcoming appointment. Come time, no one showed, called, etc… I called the business 4 times, the calls either dropped or went to voicemail, and their mailbox was full so I could not leave my information.
All in all, I am still stuck with my junk and not happy at all!

I had originally called 1800 got junk and they told me they would come the next day. I then called these guys and they told me they would be out in 15 – 20 minutes
. Super professional and fast. Then told me they would have to see what I had to give me a quote. Their price was approximately the same as 1800 got junk. They got all my stuff which included an old gazebo, bikes, tv’s, sinks, etc. I really appreciate a small business starting off and trying there hardest to compete with big businesses. I think these guys went above and beyond. The guy that came out to our house was Ross Briggs, super awesome and accommodating. I would definitely use there services again.

Had these guys come last week to haul away some dirt out of my back yard. I received a quote over the phone but was cautioned that they would have to see the pile to confirm the price. Once the guys saw the pile the price did increase but I was not concerned. Their final price was right in line with other well-​reviewed hauling services I found from Unilocal and called.
Professional and efficient at their job. I would hire them again and you should feel safe to do so as well. Thumbs up.

Called a bunch of local hauling places, and 1 – 800 Haul Out had the cheapest rates and were one of the few places that offered to help me get my stuff outside.
The guy on the phone was super friendly. He had someone over to my house in less than an hour to remove a junky old couch. The couch was a massive leather, dual recliner. I had to help the guy get the couch out of the house, but after that, he took it from there. I was impressed with their service.
I will definitely be using these guys next time, and I highly recommend them.

Guys were nice, professional & fast. The only shady thing was that they raised the price quoted on the phone by over 100 bucks when they got to our house. We were rather miffed by that, as $ 100-​$ 120 more priced them out of our range & we would have just gone with 1800GotJunk had we known they would bump it that much. After telling us there was nothing they could do, they somehow miraculously were able to knock $ 50-​$ 60 off the new price quote. Um, okay. So they still ended up being less than the other guys & we were thrilled to have our stuff hauled away without lifting a finger. Just keep your guard up — their onsite estimate policy seems rather arbitrary and a bit shady.
