G & A Smog Check

This business is closed. Bummer!

Quick and cheap… what more do you want from a smog check place… but wait there’s more… like a yummy a mexican food truck steps away & free car wash tokens. I only delt with one guy here and he was nice even though we only exchange like 5 words. He took care of what needed to be done and I left happy :)

First time here and the guys here are awesome. They are polite, approachable and they explain everything. My 2001 Volvo s40 was being difficult and they helped me out! The prices are cheapest around and you get a free carwash with your smog! I would recommend over and over.

The first time I came here my car didn’t pass but that was my fault lol. The night before my battery was disconnected and erased everything. I didn’t think about that when I came here lol. So the nice guy there told me to drive the rest of the day and come back tomorrow and he will check it again.
So i went today. It was a different guy but he was equally nice and helpful. The whole process took 20mins or less. It was quick and I passed. Afterwards, you get free coins for the car wash place directly next to it which was awesome. They also have a mexican seafood truck there if you’re hungry. I haven’t had anything from there yet but it looks very popular.

The only review here was about a dude who lost his cell phone lol…
First of all the work here is great, it was done super fast and the service was very friendly, he even asked about my culture. Got the smoke check done in ten minutes… Only cost me 45 bucks, I tipped him 5.
After paying, you will get five coins to go and wash your car next door.
On top of the car wash they have a taco truck parked next door, I went and got a soda… Would have tried their marlin tacos but I was too full from the Vietnamese place.
They can do two cars at a time, no all wheel drive vehicles. Service is great cheap and fast and friendly… What else can i say?
Just don’t lose ur phone I guess hahahahahaha

This business could be a class act. The technicians that work there are very good. My experience as far as the business was pretty good. The only problem I have is that my first impression was dishonesty. My car required a smog check to acquire my California registration. While paying for my registration I inadvertently sat my new iPhone down. I drove off and left it there. Upon realizing my mistake I quickly returned. The gentleman sitting across from me informed me that he had found it and turned it in to the manager. It took me 24 hours to find out that the phone was given to a friend of the managers who was not even employed there but was allowed to pose as if he did. He was allowed to occupy the desk within the facility and to meet and greet customers as if he was working. I returned home and retrieved my wife’s phone and was able to track my phone right to his truck. He smiled in my face and flat out lied about not having my phone. Afterward he left and I watched my phone being tracked all the way up home avenue in his truck. He quickly turned it off and I lost the tracking. I returned to the manager and asked to speak to the owner. I was told he was out of town. Another lie. This place has all the wrong people working there. Friends are allowed to interact with customers and if he or she is ripped off the company bares no responsibility. The manager still has not contacted me.
