While Fuchsia is no longer at this location in South Park, Heather Sullivan occupied the small space with her fun vintage finds and local artwork for over a year before it was reclaimed by the adjacent ice cream store. Heather’s taste is modern and lively, authentic and grounded. Along the walls hung ornate frames, restored mirrors, and locally printed children’s art among vintage prints and kitschy décor. You could literally spend hours here, as I have, and find something new and shiny to discover every time. If ever I was at a loss for a gift, Fuchsia to the rescue! Heather hosted items such as one-of-a-kind jewelry for women, including precious gold cameos, or vintage San Diego postcards, or a 1950s cigar box… Last Christmas, I found a silk printed tablecloth embroidered with the Hawaiian Islands, perfect for my friend from Maui! It is an utter shame Fuchsia isn’t in business anymore. It was truly my favorite reason to visit South Park. What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than licking an ice cream cone while perusing the decades? Alas, I can only hope than Heather will resurrect this neighborhood gem elsewhere someday.

Beautiful little gem of a store! Filled to the brim with a delightful combination of antiques, vintage tableware, old postcards, fabulously upholstered furniture, art, and lots of fun little treasures. The owner manages this tiny space with the utmost care… definitely worth popping in. You’d be surprised how much time you could spend in here! Glad to have this new addition to the neighborhood. p. s. the prices are FANTASTIC

I love this little shop! It’s right next to the Daily Scoop ice cream shop on the corner of 30th and Juniper. It’s tiny but the inventory is constantly changing. They have this beautiful French style chair that I’ve got my eye on. Heather, the owner is SOGREAT — friendly, knowledgeable and has a very keen eye for antiques and other charming finds. They also carry goods from local artists which is always a plus. Antiques, art, jewelry, furniture, fiestaware, if you’re looking for a great one of a kind gift, I’d stop in this shop. I might go back tomorrow and get that chair. Oh and their prices are totally fair, if not a steal!
