We specialize in Fresh in home sushi catering. Corporate events, weddings and any special occasion. We use the same fish distributor as SushiOta and Kens sushi workshop to ensure the highest quality fish available. Collectively our 5 chefs have over 80years of experience and we pride ourselves on only the best customer service experience.
History
Established in 2010.
Patrick Giles was born and raised in San Diego, and went to work on the sportfishing boats of Seaforth Sportfishing at the early age of 15. After nine years of fishing he began college and also training as a sushi chef under many of San Diego’s best culinary artists, among them Big Mike of Hana Sushi, Kevin Saito of Station Sushi and Toshi San of Sushi Ota.
Patrick also worked as head sushi chef for MARKET + Restaurant and Bar, where he learned many techniques working with Carl Schroeder and his talented staff.
Also a surfer, artist Patrick has a cult following for his paintings of waves and abstract impressionisms. Let Patrick and his staff entertain your next event with his signature style of sushi that is unique to San Diego.
