History
Established in 2008.
We started our business when the economy hit rock bottom in 2008. My friends were losing their jobs and homes, and sleeping in their cars. It broke my heart. I had a successful fledgling personal chef business, and knew I had to do something to help these people that needed jobs and their families – to create something bigger– so I started Party In A Box Catering. It was through hard work, determination and a dedication to these now employees that I had that we built the company we are now, and our excellent service, delicious food is the result. We are so thankful for all our wonderful clients that we have serviced throughout the years. The company keeps growing, and last year, we were honored to be chosen to cater HIs Holiness The Dalai Lama’s 80th birthday party, and to also be featured on a reality TV series. We love what we do!

Chef Dawn created Party In A Box Catering out of a passion for cooking that started in her grandmother’s kitchen in France when she was 7 years old. Living on an organic fruit farm in the Alsace-Lorraine region of France in the summers, harvesting lavender from her aunt’s fields in Provence, buying fresh, locally caught fish from the markets in the south of France, are just a few things that created the base of Chef Dawn’s cuisine that she provides to her clientele today.
