More like 3.5 stars. Great customer service, you can tell it’s a very local, very family oriented business, and I supported them mostly because of that when I lived in the area (plus it was convienient). Unfortunately, I was never quite happy with their film print quality, as it looked too «digital» for my tastes. I shoot film because I DON’T want it to look digital! :(But it is great for local 120 and b&w processing needs, as I believe they process their own b&w in house (not 100% sure though).
