NEVER! They have secretly been charging me $ 40 specialty cost even though I have been seeing a regular doctor! They also had a credit on file for me because I overpaid during a past visit and they told me that they do not have a policy of letting patients know of their credits! They just want to keep your money and over charge you!!!

Being low income, I have been seeing doctors at the FHCSD for almost three years. They claim to have same day appointments, but don’t bet the bank on that. It is almost impossible to see the same doctor each time you visit, and if you do want the same doctor, you will end up waiting a month or more in between visits. If you need pain management, go somewhere else. Make sure you verify your appointments multiple times and be prepared to wait. I wish I could bill them for all the hours I have wasted in these offices.
