I recently hired Executive Limo for a 20 person bus which I contracted for a 9 hour time frame to visit different facilities and see presentations. The bus was supposed to arrive at 7:15AM for a 7:30AM departure. I called at about 7AM to confirm that the bus would be on time and it was confirmed via phone. I received a text message from an anonymous number at about 7:10AM saying «Good morning, Michelle, I am at Hilton Garden». I responded immediately saying that I am at Hilton Harbor Island and then I called the main office again to say that the bus was at a Hilton Garden somewhere but that is not where I was located. Long and short, the bus was at a property about 20 minutes away. At 7:40AM when the bus was still not onsite, I sent a text message to the owner of the company saying how this situation really sucks as we are now late for all of our tours and presentations. As it turned out, the bus arrived at about 7:44AM and by the time we loaded and took off it was roughly 7:48AM. This tardiness made us late for all presentations and tours and some of the people who we were to meet with couldn’t wait and we ended our day at 1:30PM instead of 4:30PM. While the owner was apologetic and admitted he made a mistake in providing the driver with the wrong address, he offered no financial remedy which is extremely disappointing. I would be careful about using a service that doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

One of the best car service company’s I have ever used ! Had a 4am flight and was a bit worried because I have had bad experiences before but he got there on time and even texted me 30min before to tell me he was on his way ! Very professional service, highly recommend them ! Will use them again

Cant go wrong!!! I don’t get out much, but when i do… i call these guys for a safe ride to and fro! It is awesome to get a babysitter for the kids and be able to go out for the evening and put as many drinks down as I want. Every driver we have had has been on time and classy. Their prices are great and the vehicles are very nice and clean. I highly recommend their services.
