Española San Diego Language Services is ideal for people who cannot travel to Spain but love our culture, for people who want to be ready before taking an immersion course in Spain or people who already took a course in Spain and do no want to lose their Spanish.

At Española course’s levels are divided following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. We offer six different levels from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Proficiency).

Every class has well defined objectives that the students need to achieve. To that end, we will use a communicative methodology, and a wide variety of authentic materials as well as textbooks.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I am a passionate foreign language trainer with a background of more than 19 years teaching Spanish as a Second Language. I recently moved to San Diego where I want to continue with my professional career doing what I do the best: coaching executives, professionals and individuals who have a deep interest in communicating and making business in Spanish. I am committed to use all my know-​how in Española San Diego Language Services to offer high quality Spanish courses to all my clients.

I have taught General and Business Spanish, in a variety of levels, with a keen focus on communication skills, and integrating technology into the classroom. I always place a heavy emphasis on hands-​on experience in the classroom.

I was born and grew up in Madrid. Spanish is my native language. I also speak English, French and Portuguese.
