As your trainer I help you: Move better, With Strength, Without pain.

I’m not a «boot-​camp» type trainer who yells and asks you for ‘one more’! I am the coach that is going to focus on the areas you want improvement in, and the areas you didn’t know needed improving!

I will teach you how to move your body correctly for maximum benefit, regardless of the exercise. That correct movement will lead you to faster results in less time, pain free!

The number one thing I hear from my clients after a breakthrough is «Nobody ever told me that before!» Because any coach can give an exercise, count your reps and be encouraging, But I’ll show you exactly how to move correctly, explain the benefits of each exercise and why we are doing it. So on top of a great workout you will learn skills that will benefit you in any workout you choose to do in the future.

I take into account YOUR goals and then apply the best exercises and drills to help you achieve them. No two clients will train in exactly the same way. I hold nationally recognized certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, TRX suspension training, and Kettlebell training, That, along with my years of experience will be the difference between me, and other trainers.

I believe that training should fit into everyone’s schedule, give you more than it takes out of you and be enjoyable! Improving your fitness levels improves your life, isn’t that the highest goal for any exercise program?

History

Established in 2014.

After years of working in a commercial gym, I decided to leave that setting and train people in more comfortable environments. Big gyms aren’t the most comfortable place for most people to train, so I’ve since trained individuals and small groups in numerous locations, meeting people where they are, giving them a much more personal and comfortable experience.

Eric’s past clients include members of the armed forces, marathoners, triathletes, baseball players, and the general public.
