5 STARS!!! My first choice in escrow! Daphne, escrow officer at the Point Loma/​Liberty Station Office, is the only choice. If you want a professional experience and to be able to reach the escrow officer when you have a question, then Daphne is your choice. Although I did not choose this escrow, I was just one of the ones to be paid out at the end of the escrow, I found them to be totally unreliable regarding getting me a check in a timely way. They did not inform the seller that they could not wire money to me unless I had a lien and then lied and said the check went out on a Friday although it did not go out until Monday getting me the check late Tues„ six days after closing. I called the owner, Karen and found her snippy and totally unwilling to do anything. I would not recommend this company and would not use it myself. I have used many escrows and found them to be very helpful in going the extra mile. Perhaps this is a company for the elite but count me out as an elite.

I do not have enough good things to say about ELITE ESCROW and Daphne the individual I dealt with directly. And no I do not work for the company.
I am 24 years old and just purchased my very first condo in downtown San Diego. The lady I had bough the condo fropm had inherited it and wanted to sell the property ASAP. We had our bumps along the way but she got it done within 26 days, which ment answering her calls and email after hours and staying late on the day we closed.
Once again I was lucky to have Daphne working on my home purchase.

As a first time home buyer you put your trust into those you work with. However, I did not know I had an option as to which escrow company I could go with. If I had know I would of done some research and never used this company. When we went into sign off our final documents I caught the error. I knew that the numbers didn’t add up correctly and as they fumbled around to figure it out we still didn’t know if they were doing it correctly. Now here it is a week after the close of escrow and it still isn’t correct. They can’t even answer my questions I had to look elsewhere to find them.
Do not use them, look elsewhere.
