I provide individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, family therapy and group therapy to treat a host of different issues. Pre-​marital sessions help to build a strong foundation for your relationship before taking the leap into marriage. Marriage counseling can help to maintain these core principals, for others it will bring you closer to your partner and give both more satisfaction in your marriage. If all else fails and you have decided to go your separate ways divorce counseling can reduce conflict, legal bills and stress on you and your children. I also specialize in parenting issues and can help you set up behavioral strategies to overcome even the most difficult behaviors. Anything that is affecting your relationships with your friends, family or people you work with are things we can focus on in therapy.

History

Established in 2015.

I have provided a wide range of evidence-​based treatments over the last 12 years. My first experiences working in the mental health field were at Lawrence Family JCC where I worked in the inclusion department for 3 years. Then I transitioned to one of the most elite Autism treatment companies in San Diego Autism Spectrum Consultants. I worked for them as a Senior Behavioral Therapist for 8 years. I also worked at Alvarado Parkway Institute where I treated patients with a variety of acute mental health problems ranging from dual diagnosis, personality disorders and severe psychosis. I provided both individualized and group care to help them develop skills for long-​term stabilization of symptoms. Now I have opened my own practice and am licensed with the BBS to work with individuals, groups, couples and families on wide range of life and relationship challenges. I am a clinical member of AAMFT, CAMFT and I am one of Psychology Today’s verified Psychotherapists.
