Business Owner

Edith J. White has over 30 years of legal experience as a Probate Attorney, an Estate Planning Attorney and an Estate Administration Attorney. She graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1979 and was admitted to practice law the same year. (Her Bachelor of Arts Degree was awarded from the University of Minnesota in 1967.) Edith has been a lawyer practicing as a sole practitioner her entire career.

Edith represents individuals, spouses and domestic partners, and families, some for three generations in a row. Many of her Estate Planning clients start with an Estate Plan, then require Estate Administration as years pass, when a Trustor becomes incapacitated or dies. Often a Trustor’s children or another named Successor Trustee retains Edith for Estate Administration services.
