Eddy M’s Café

I have mixed reviews about this place and today is the last draw! I ordered my food on-​line and when I went to get it; I was told very indifferently, «I’m sorry we’re closing early today so we didn’t make your veggie burger. We can make you a sandwich or something.»
I was furious, granted I can respect that the place may close early but to receive no call and when I called few minutes before ordered on-​line, no report that «we’re closing early today.» This will be the VERY LAST time I will order food here. (I’ve had a couple other close calls with my lunch order as well.)
As other half hour lunch people may know, I haven’t got time to waste ordering food to get no food and to depend on a place for lunch that doesn’t have the respect for it’s customers to let them know that they are closing early resulting in no lunch is totally UNACCEPTABLE!

Since I have been working in the building, it has been very convenient to have this café close by. I think that the food is good. I have never had to wait that long for an order. They girls who work there are very sweet and attentive. They have a variety of foods, specials, drinks, coffee, etc. They have a nice salad bar as well. I continue to come back because of the convenience and decent food.
They have sandwich and coffee cards where you buy 8 and get the 9^th free.
Also, I have called in the order ahead of time from the office and then gone down to get it. It helps with time.

Poor customer service. Was treated as an idiot and given some bs story when in reality the service person couldnt muster enough energy to poke her head back and ask a simple question to the cook.

This place was renovated in February when the old people (Cinnamon Tree Café) vacated. They opened in March 2015 and at first they made a great impression on me. They have an app that you can use to order foods and an express pick up line. The food is great for a deli and they have quick grab items as well. The newly renovated look is fresh and clean. My issue is that most often than not, there is a wait. Even if you call ahead of time or use the app. I’ve had to wait 45 minutes once for the pancake combo (I ordered it at 7:45 and didn’t get it until 8:30). One particular girl is often rude and short, but the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful.

The grand opening was 12÷1÷14. This place is the same owners of the coffee/​snack shop outside of the centerside building. The place is newly renovated. I haven’t tried the food here yet but the menu is on the pricey side. I’ll update my review after I try some of the food. I ordered the coffee here and it’s the same menu from the other shop they have close by.
This place is located on the first floor next to the gym. It’s nice to have a café close by to grab some food or drinks.
