Description

Specialties

Drew’s clientele includes home owners looking to sell their home and purchase their next home, first-time home buyers, and seasoned real estate investors.

While he’s represented buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County, Drew specializes in San Diego’s metro neighborhoods, specifically North Park, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, University Heights, South Park, Kensington and Talmadge.

Drew knows that being a great Realtor® is more than just being great with people and managing expectations. It requires a passion for market knowledge, a healthy balance of both business savvy and personal client care, and — most importantly — a watchful eye that protects his clients from risk.

That’s what Drew brings to you.

History

Established in 2005.

Before joining Ascent Real Estate, a top real estate broker in San Diego, Drew spent five years with CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle, the first– and second-largest commercial real estate firms in the world. There, Drew managed real estate transactions ranging from $ 6 — 100 million.

What does that mean for you? A lot.

Drew left commercial real estate and created a life-long business model as a Realtor® to make a difference for the people and families in his communities, and their friends and colleagues, too.

Meet the Business Owner

Drew A.

Business Owner

I’m passionate about my business; and while real estate is a large part of who I am, there’s nothing I love more than working with people.

Naturally, being a REALTOR provides a platform for me to do everything I love to do, all centered around my relationships in my community.

And, since for most people, investing in real estate will be the biggest and best financial decision they will ever make, it helps that my customers are vocal about their exceptional experience working with me and sharing that with the people in their lives.

Ultimately, my approach is simple:

«Relationships first. Then real estate.»
