My HOA was having a rodent problem… rat in attic crawl space.
First guy I had look at it claimed we had 6 or 7 points of access on the roof and he’d need to cut thru the interior dry wall to trap the rat. I took the entire story as a way to drive price.
$ 130 for his estimate… which was never delivered.
Robert was a breath of fresh air.
He came out exactly as promised… every time.
He trapped the rat within 2 or 3 days with no damage to interior wallboard and provided a 30 day warranty.
SUMMARY: Honest, reliable, local, and best prices in San Diego.
Really is as good as it gets. I would recommend him without reservation.

I picked coastal pest solutions over any of it’s leading competitors for quality, efficiency, and for using environmentally friendly products that do the job just as good and I think better as any other… When we arrived at our summer house this year we had to find a pest control company to takeout our problem without taking out the earth. When I called Rob, at coastal pest solutions I left a message and he called back right away and I made a appt. for the following day. I found Rob to be very friendly, informative, and turned out to be a very reliable resource. I never have liked the idea of having to use pesticides because all I ever heard were story’s about how they are not good for the environment. That’s why I went with CPS. This company protects us from mother earths tiny invaders while protecting our surroundings, instilling the beauty we pay so much to live near. Thanks Rob :-)

Robert runs a great local pest control business. We had a emergency with ants deciding to take over our kitchen in a matter of 2 short days. Robert not only called me back within 20 minutes, but he also made a special effort to came after normal business hours since we were in a bind and needed his help. He was very thorough and professional. Happy to say that after 2 days, the ants aren’t back and that makes us very happy. We would recommend his business and services to anyone in need of pest control issues. We will definitely be having him come back routinely just to make sure no ants or other pests decide to come back.
