History

Established in 1988.

Broker/Owner

Cheryl R. Chase-Berkson founded Chase Pacific Property Management in 1988, 12 years after earning her California State Real Estate license and 8 years after earning her California Real Estate Brokers license. Her original focus was on sales and listings of residential real estate, however she quickly realized that her clients needed a «one-stop shop» brokerage and added the property management division. Ms. Berkson founded the company on the concept of the «Golden Rule» which is treating others as you would want to be treated. This code of ethics and moral conduct permeates every transaction, every relationship and every situation in which Chase Pacific deals.
