Nike Running

They need to change their name from Nike Factory store on Google maps. I have a $ 25 dollars free on a purchase of 50 or more but I cannot use it because they are actually not a Nike factory store even though it says online. Also they don’t have much of a selection when it comes to clothes.

Review is strictly on the service, nothing about prices.
I’m always weary walking into stores in Fashion Valley. I’ve gotten plenty of bad service but I was pleasantly surprised when walking in here.
My wife got a pair of shoes for Christmas that weren’t the right size. Brittney greeted us and gave us a clear answer of what they had in stock and what they didn’t. After trying on a few pairs, we determined the best option was to return the shoes for Nike credit and to order online.
Brittney was patient and took the time to look up what colors were available via the Nike website and walked us through how to order custom shoes online. She was attentive the entire time we were in the store, and even as she was called on her radio she answered quickly whilest standing nearby to assist.
Haven’t had service that good in restaurants for a long time, let alone from one person. Even on New Years Saturday night, got excellent service after what I’m sure was a long weekend. Looking at some of the other employees I got some of that same feeling as well. Great visit overall.

Great customer service from Amber and her manager. Amber helped with an exchange from an order that I purchased online. The store didn’t have what I was looking for so she looked it up online but the price was a little bit more then I had originally paid so her manger adjusted the price for me! Amber was so helpful and I received my shoes 3 days later! Thanks again Amber!

Aside from the fact that its a Nike store and i love their shoes, the customer service is horrible. Everytime I come here, i am never acknowdged by any of the employees, who seem to always in their own conversating worlds.
I really shouldn’t have to come to you to ask for a size when there are more than 10 employees in the store.

This store is on point, with the newest selection in shoes and friendly employees that are very knowledgeable and make sure we get the shoe that is right. I tend to buy stuff online, but I definitely will come in store when I buy my Nikes just because this store was so great.

Went to this store to pick up a pair of running shoes and what a crappy experience starting from a extremely rude associate named ACE, asked him to bring my size, he checked that on his «system» and said Ok, went to the warehouse for over 15 mins and came back with empty hands! Asked him for a different color and guess what? He showed up with 2 pairs of shoes, both same color/​same size, and of course they were the shoes that I asked to try first and this guy not even sorry! I don’t know if they do this intentionally to ruin the business or they are bunch of. .. !!!

i like nike running.
fresh running gear.
pretty and functional.
and that treadmill.
f*ck. i want that treadmill. i would do things to it.
like breathe heavy. and sweat all over it.
yeah. some deep. dirty. running type sh*t.
but seriously. i had issues that i had with a gps watch. the folks with nike support told me to take it in. and boom. hassle free exchange on some sh*t that i didn’t even buy at the store.
the watch is crap. but still. it looks pretty. and well. this isn’t a review about the watch.
i’m sure they have competent sales folks there.
but ones faith in purchasing shoes from a guy at a running store. that obviously looks fit. but tells me that he doesn’t run. and hates it. well. i’m not good at math.

I had to return my faulty Nike Free 5.0 TR’S which I purchased in Nike Town, Beverly Hills and this was the closest Nike location. A very friendly and helpful guy named Kevin took on the task and found me another pair in Las Vegas which will be shipped directly to my home. I can’t say enough just how patient Kevin was in the whole process as no one enjoys running into customers bringing stuff back. Kevin is a legend. Thank you!

I was really happy with my Nike experience. The female who helped me was adorable, sweet, relatable, and patient. It was because of her I walked out with two pairs of shoes, even though I am unsure about the second pair, ha. Shoes are categorized, which is helpful in selecting the right show for you. There’s a treadmill in the store, so they can assess your feet similar to Road Runner. I only wish they had more color choices and more wide shoes. The store also carries apparel as well. I spent nearly $ 300 on 2 pairs of shoes… kind of pricey, gulp!

I competed in the TriRock SD triathlon this weekend and my dumb friend forgot his shoes LOL. HAHAHAHA. Anyways, we were able to go in and pick up a pair of flyknit lunars without hastle and was able to make registration without any problem. Good service, good shoes. Saved my friend’s butt haha.

This is an OK Nike store, to basically try out and touch and get a feel of what you would like to buy and then order it online if you know you exact size or buy it at the outlet. Here is too overpriced in my opinion. I never had any problem with the sales associates and in fact they let me try everything I wanted even if I tell clearly that my intention is just to take a look and most probably buy elsewhere. No problem with that.
The store itself is very vibrant, colorful, always new stuff shown and you can find examples of all the latest of the season. I am not a runner or super sporty person, but I like Nike shoes a lot and now I love the skinny elastic running pants that I use for the gym because I like to look good when working out. And those make any woman look good because the design is clever and happy.

Walked in and before I get to the registers 3 people say hi. I think 1 greeter would have sufficed. 4^th person said I can help you but by that time I’ve tuned out the staff esp when I stood behind two guys who I thought were in line. Well I go to a register then he says go to the 2^nd one. Then he asks a question and when I ask him to repeat he says nevermind. That was extremely rude.
No name tags so I can’t tell you who he is. Won’t be back!

I was trying to do an exchange for a gift I was given and pay the difference. I had a copy of the receipt with some of the numbers cut off the bottom and they were giving me a hassle about it, even after I had called ahead of time to discuss their policy.
After several back and forth discussions with the associate, and her going back and forth to her manager, and me complaining, they finally said we will give you store credit and took the other item away that I was trying to purchase and pay them more $ for.

I run a lot. I love to run. I love running shoes. I love Nike. This is where Marvin S goes into the Nike Running Store and just stands in the middle, like a kid in Toys R Us, standing in the middle of the Transformers, Lego, GI Joe, Video Game aisle all at the same time!
There’s nothing wrong with running with a little flash on your feet! That’s what gets me in the door. NRS keeps the newest styles and colors of their Nike Running shoes available here. You’re pretty much overloaded in the way the store is laid out, with their newest stuff in front on their displays and fixtures and with the beautiful vivid colors blasting through your eye lids. You want the latest and greatest tech gear from Nike? Well here you are! They even have a great selection of laces for your shoes, in case you want to spruce them up a bit!
I run with a pair of Lunar Glide 5+Shield, very flashy. Unfortunetely, I did not purchase them here. Why? PRICE. I get a way better deal on base at the local NEX at 32^nd street. Foot Locker and Champs gives 20% off for military. NRS gives 10%, which is good, but not great. Their new Flash Gear is MUY EXPENSIVE! I know it’s great great tech, but DAYAM, When the bottoms, socks, top and the rest of the accessories are more expensive than the shoes, we got issues!
I digress. The few times I have came in here and actually purchased shoes or gear, I was really taken cared of by their employees. I really do like that I can walk into an official Nike store to see the newest hottess gear out. I’m still coming to grab a Nike Fuel Band SE for my wife. Shhh, don’t tell her I said that.

Worst customer service ever! I needed to get a replacement and the managers would not help me out at all!
Never had such a bad experience in my life, managers wouldn’t even give me store credit for a band a bought a this store 2 weeks ago.
I called Nike customer service and they said it was up to the store and if they really wanted to, the store was able to process my return/​exchange without a receipt!
Come on Nike! I expected more out of you!
The worst part was there was a guy in front of me who had a used fuel band and he was able to exchange it without any receipt or box! I had my box, charger and bank statement, and still they didn’t want to return, exchange or give me store credit!
Very very very very very very disappointed with your customer service Nike… not looking good.

I bought 3 nike fuel bands here for my friends and I. I was unhappy with the accuracy of the metrics on the band so I decided to return them. Unfortunately, I misplaced my reciept. I called nike + and they said returns are still possible if you bring your ID and credit/​debit card. So, I went to return them (fully working) within 30 days at this store.
I brought my bank statement and debit card used to purchase them so that they could look up the transaction. However, they kept telling me they could not find it in their system. How does a $ 400+ transaction go missing from their database?!?
After calling nike +, they said it’s up to the stores discretion whether or not to issue a refund which sounds to me like they could do it on a case by case basis.
So now I have to file a chargeback with my bank so that I can recoup the $ 400+ investment.
Pain in the @ss!

since there isnt a Nike Town in SD, this Nike Store is as good it gets and dont worry you wont be disappointed!
SERVICE:
right when i walked in the store i was greeted by the employee working the floor, taller asian dude. he asked me how i was doing and if i needed help with anything specific and i asked if they carried ROSHE RUNS. he gladly walked me over to the shoe section and showed me what i was looking for sized me up and brought out a lot of different color options to try. i found a camo gray color that i was set on. he asked if i had needed anything else — probably noted i was a runner because i was in my workout clothes — and i asked if they had any long running pants and a hat. after trying a selection of pants and hats he also offered to bring out some different styles of running shoes to try on the treadmill they have in the store, kinda like Roadrunner, and since i was on the way to my run at Silverstrand in Coronado i figured a little warm up wouldn’t hurt! He recorded and analyzed my stride on the iPad then recommended the lunar FLYKNITS which is the style shoes that would work best for me. i was soooo tempted to get them since they’re not only comfy they look awesome as well, but since I had my heart set on the other items i held back… next pay check ;) but it was all good info to know! needless to say i walked out a happy camper with my new running clothes i was excited to use and fly roshes. :) no one tried to upsell me but rather made sure my needs were met and were super knowledgable about products and even the science of how all products would benefit each workout.
PRODUCTS:
i’ve always been a Nike loyalist since i could remember so i approve of everything i purchased. Roshe’s are my fave sneakers since they’re so comfy and look good. im addicted to Nike Dri-​Fit so you cant go wrong with that for workout apparel.
AMBIANCE:
the store was nice, clean, and organized — love! i cant stand disorganized stores, totally gives me anxiety when i shop.
Overall i dont know why this store has such a low rating, i approve and was totally satisfied with my products and the service!

I am a huge fan of Nike because they have awesome workout gear. only problem is that they are way expensive. This store is typically empty. but I come in here to take a look and see what’s the happenin’. lol. Also. I like to come here to order stuff online because shipping is free when you order the stuff at the store (if its not on sale).
The customer service is typically a hit or miss. Sometimes no one says hi and sometimes someone does. I had a very nice experience today. I came in here to look for some new running shoes because my current ones are out of commission. I was helped by two very nice employees. They were both very sweet and quite personable. Crystal was one of the employees that helped me and she was awesome. I unfortunately didn’t know the other girls name but she was also awesome. Crystal helped me with my shoe order and I left very happy. I’d love to give this place 4 stars but overall daily experience is just okay.

Randomly stumbled across the Nike store while shopping for something entirely different (I guess that’s why they invented malls…) hoping they would have bright blue Nike’s. They didn’t.
What they DID have was running short… ON SALE. No, I don’t need bright green running shorts and I already have three pairs of black running shorts… but I can’t say no to a sale.
The staff was incredibly friendly and offered to help me when I first walked in, when I was picking out the shorts, and sent me on my way with two new pairs of shorts and an invite to a running club.

This place is pretty cool.
Perfect for all your running needs including sick shoes, tops and bottoms.
Not cluttered at all, so it’s easy to shop.
Friendly workers.
Normal expensive Nike prices — shoes start at around $ 100 — $ 200.
I love the new neon color look.
Men’s and womens stuff only, didn’t see anything for kids.
