History

Established in 2010.

Kadesha Carroll, Co-​founder of Charisma Events & Consulting, had been the «unofficial» event planner for social gatherings and vacation getaways for nearly five years. It wasn’t until 2008, where she was able to put her natural talent to work in an «official» setting. After receiving her Master of Business Administration, Kadesha began her career with a major consumer electronics company, where she was tasked with managing marketing efforts for new technologies which included experiential marketing events. Not to her surprise, she absolutely loved this role!

In 2010, she received the entrepreneurial itch and knew that she had to start a business that would bring her true fulfillment and utilize her gifts and talents! Hence, Charisma Events & Consulting was born in October 2010!
