Cali Party Bus

Cali party bus provided transportation for my wedding party and coordinated a larger bus for guests.
Ambry was amazing to work with and really assisted me in coordinating all aspects of our day. She worked well with me even though I was s not of stressed out bride at the end. She really went above and beyond.
What impressed me most about this business was the very quick response to an issue and that they had so much business integrity; their response was much more than expected and I felt it made it more than right!!! This is hard to find in businesses these days and I would absolutely recommend this business and use them again!

I reserved the biggest bus they had for about 40 people, and we all fit, it was a nice clean bus, a cord to hookup your phone to listen to music. I reserved the bus about 4 – 6 weeks in advance and Mike was great with helping me pick what bus to pick with how many people we were having. We were being Driven from Vista, CA to Buena Park for dinner then back again. We were able to keep the same bus which was nice we were able to keep out jackets and misc stuff on the bus during dinner. Mike called me about 4 days before our reservation to confirm everything, he was AWESOME to work with.
The only downside I have is with the bus driver David, was 10 minutes late showing up, even though we didn’t leave exactly when he got there he was still ten minutes late. Then he told me to text him when we were ready to get picked back up. I texted him at 7:55pm and asked for him to come back at 8:15pm, by 8pm he had not replied so I called him and that time and the phone rang a few times and went to voice mail so I left him a message to come get us. Still almost 10 minutes went by and no reply to the text message or voice mail, so I called him at 8:10 and he picked up and said he would be there in 10 minutes, since he did have to park the bus at another location (which I understand). He claimed he didn’t get the text or the voicemail, which I find hard to believe. It took him about 20 minutes to get back to us, which wouldn’t normally be that big of a deal but it was raining out and there wasn’t much cover from the rain for everyone. Since he was initially 10 minutes late then didn’t respond to my first 2 attempts at contacting him to get up, he didn’t get the full tip. We allocated about 20−25% for a tip but we only chose to give about 15%.
Overall I would recommend this company and will probably use it again, just plan for a little extra time on both ends of your trip in case the bus driver is late getting to you or picking you up from some where.
I did a lot research for Party busses and Cali Party Bus was not the Cheapest but had the best reviews and great customer service over the phone so that is why I chose them and I would definitely choose them again, i just wished the driver was a little more punctual.

Booked Cali Party Bus for 6 hours to do a winery tasting tour from San Diego to Temecula. We were only able to comfortably fit two wineries in that amount of time. Three is probably doable but would be sort of hectic and rushed. We had 30 people in a 45 person Omnia bus. We fit fine, but I can’t really imagine it fitting 45 people. With all the seats taken, a few leftovers were either standing or sitting on the coolers we had inside.
The air conditioning unit is horrible! If you’re using the bus during a hot day, the AC cramps out and its a hotbox inside. The AC unit is at the very top of the bus, but doesn’t aim down; it aims flushed to the ceiling so you can’t really feel it. Then it started leaking water into the bus at a pretty high rate. I know AC units drip but it was almost faucet like at some points. If this is for a night event, I can imagine it being bearable but if you’re doing a tour bus thing like we were, i’d avoid it if the temperatures are even as high as 85 degrees.
The bathroom on board is unusable. For guys standing to go… then yeah if it’s a must. Girls, just hold it.
Music sounds great. The auxiliary cord is available, though it’s short so your phone has to literally be right next to it. It’s bluetooth compatible but we didn’t connect it; the driver said it doesn’t work as well as auxiliary cord.
Driver was very nice and chill. Showed up about 5 minutes late. He was friendly, helped us load the bus, gave us some tips, told us the bus rules and encouraged us to have fun, and drove safely without any issues. I was promised the bus ride would take less than an hour but stretched out to 1:15 instead.
The bus quality is mediocre. The lights and décor is club-​ish, but the bus definitely felt a tad grimy. This is probably most due to the heat.
I’d like to give it a better review and we had a great time in the bus, but i was not wowed.

We had an amazing experience with Cali Party Bus from the time we started planning, all the way through the end of our big night out. Both mikes and others in the office were a pleasure to work and went above and beyond to help me organize the night. Jose, our driver was super helpful, flexible and made our night special. Booked a bachelorette party leaving from Orange County and going out to Temecula. It was a great day! Korey helped us with our booking and was so great to work — set us up at 2 wineries and even made sure we got to go to the 1 we requested! Will definitely book again for our next event!

I wanted a party bus for a group of 30 family and friends for opening day at Del Mar. I called several companies and felt that Mike was the easiest to talk to and offered the most help. The bus he recommended, Omnia, says 45 passengers on their website which I thought would be too large. Honestly, it was perfect because 45 is the MAX and with 30 adults it was just right. Thanks Mike for your honest recommendation and thanks Cali Party Bus for one of the best opening days I’ve been to! Will be using you guys in the future… repeat customer discount?

Such an easy and awesome experience with this company! I booked them for a bachelorette party I was planning to go wine tasting and our big day went off without a hitch. We rented «Black Pearl» since there were a lot of us plus there’s a bathroom onboard – necessary when drinking all day hehe. The bus was very clean and our driver Jose was so funny! The bride-​to-​be was totally surprised we went all out for her by renting a party bus, which totally made the day all the better since we not only had fun at the wineries, but driving around on the bus was a blast too.

Cali Party Bus is the best choice for any party bus needs!!! From the time I called about my event (about 6 monthsearly) they were so quick with responding. They always answered my questions in full details and so politely. Even let me look at the buses three different times because I wanted to be sure which one would fit our party best. We had a blast and our driver Sergio was so professional and very helpful! Thanks to the whole crew over there! You all truly helped me make my sisters bachelorette an awesome event that I know she will never forget!!!

I had such a great experience with this company! Within 5 minutes of emailing them with questions (we needed a 40 person bus to go to Temecula for a wine tour) I had received a friendly response from Mike, with the prices already broken down for me. He was very accomodating and helpful, and definitely lessened the stress of planning such a large event. The driver (Sergio) arrived 10 minutes early, and was extremely professional and kind. In between wineries he even took the initiative to replace the ice in the wet bar, throw out the trash, and cool the drinks for us. As for the bus, the music sounded great, the bathroom was clean, and everything was just as shown in their website’s pictures. Overall a truly awesome experience, I will definitely use Cali Party Bus for my next event and highly recommend others to do the same!

Cannot rave about the party bus and charter bus service enough!
I have used them for several events with hundreds of people, coordinating with multiple venues in downtown San Diego and elsewhere, and every time their professionalism, clarity of pricing, and constant communication made the event planning as least stressful as possible (which in the world of event planning is hard to do!)
Todd, Corey, and Mike have all helped me immensely with last minute detail adjustments and really do put their clients above anything else– how a true business should run.
All the drivers are extremely professional and informative of the necessary time frames they will pick up and drop off, and the buses themselves are always VERY clean with iPod cords to play your own music that actually WORK (a non-​existent feature of other buses I’ve used in the past).
And the new Omnia wrap is super cool!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE A SMOOTH AND FUN EVENT THAT’S SPICED UP WITH AN AWESOME PARTY BUS!!!

This party bus was Awesome!!!
We rented two party buses for my wedding and it turned out better then expected! The service and planning before the event went as smooth as possible. The two bus drivers showed up at each hotel where our guests were staying on time and well organized. The buses showed up on time to the venue and were there in perfect timing to pick up the guest to bring them back to the hotel. The bus drivers were very nice and respectful. Both buses seemed brand new and well maintained! Very comfortable inside the buses with great speakers to play your own music if you wish. Overall we were very pleased with Cali Party Bus and even some guest mentioned how nice the party bus service was after the wedding. I will definitely use them again!

I had the best experience with Cali Party Bus!!! I mostly interacted with Amber at Cali Party Bus and from the beginning she was amazing and super helpful and responsive. Every time I had a question and called or emailed her she got back to me very quickly. My friends and I recently got the tailgate bus package for the Pats/​Charger game which included Phil’s bbq catering, all the beer you can drink, sodas, a DJ, direct TVs set up for $ 75 a person + tip. Honestly for everything we got it was a great deal, plus we didnt have to set up or take down anything. They do it all for you. Phil’s bbq was deliscious too. So the bus was actually a 40 person bus. I didnt want to be on the hook for getting 40 of my friends to take it so I asked if we could share the bus with another 20 person group (I really wanted to take this bus after I read everything it included) Amber said she’d ask any other groups if they’d be willing to split the bus and she came through and called and told me she did and they were such a fun group, I was super excited to hear the news! The day of the event, the bus picked us up on time. Our driver Luigi was awesome and his partner Eugene was great too. Another pleasant surprise which I didnt realize at the time was that they had about 3 other huge buses as part of the fleet and we all parked together so it actually turned out to be a huge party and they set up tables for drinking games. I really didnt want the tail gate to end! Also there was a bathroom on the bus which was awesome. My friends were all really impressed and couldnt believe I found such an awesome bus. Tailgating with Cali Party Bus is really the only way to do it… now that I’ve experienced it I dont think I could tailgate any other way. Its like when you ride in first class for the first time (which I have yet to experience but thats what I hear). I would definitely use them again for any event and I they even give you a return customer discount so that has definitely sealed the deal!

This company has zero integrity! Three different instances of phones wallets and purses left on the bus. Drivers supposedly do a sweep before their next stop, but two different drivers come up empty. A regular occurrence and the owner could care less! Anyone using this service should beware… This company will do nothing to find lost property… very sad!

Cali party bus is a must for your winery and brewery tours. The customer service is the best. The drivers are fun and friendly. They plan the tours and work their best to keep you in the time frame so you don’t go over! They are reasonably priced and my go to for every event. We have used them 3 times and will use them many more!

Amber was very helpful getting me set up with the right bus for my group size, answered all my questions and shared recommendations based on past wine tours in San Diego County they had done.
Nancy was very accommodating helping me with updates as we planned out the details of our event. They were both very responsive via email which was great for me.
The day of, the bus was there on time and spotless and the bus driver (Jose) was helpful, professional and funny. The bus itself was great, very comfortable and even had a bathroom in the back. We were able to bring our own drinks and coolers on board and were able to blast our own music which was a lot of fun. All my guests and myself couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
If you’re looking for transportation for an event or just want to be driven around in style this is the company to go through!

Cali Party Bus is awesome!
My friends and I booked the Fluxx Party Bus for a wine tour. It was awesome! The booking process was easy and Amber responded in a friendly and timely manner. The bus arrived 10 minutes prior to the pickup time! The bus was very clean, smelled great and the air conditioning worked great on such a warm day. The bus was large and roomy for us. The wet bar was perfect for our mimosa preparations! The driver (Jim) was very friendly as well and made an extra stop for bread on the way to the first winery. Each winery reservation was spaced out enough to throughly enjoy each of the 3 wineries. Everyone had such a great time! Can’t wait to book with Cali Party Bus again for my next winery tour!

WORST PROM EXPERIENCE EVER.
We rented a party bus through this company for our senior prom of 2012. This was by far the worst prom experience I have ever had. The bus driver searched through everyone’s stuff while we were out at dinner. He found some illegal substances in ONE passengers belongings. He called the bus off and refused to take us home from prom. The bus driver left the person who was responsible at dinner and took the rest of the party to prom but left us there and all 30 of us had to arrange for our own rides home. We paid over 2000 dollars for this bus and received horrible service. Most of our Id’s were in our belongings and a lot of people were extremely late to the dance because of this. Take my recomendation and stay away from this company. They had a nice bus but HORRIBLE service.

All the basics like being on-​time, cleanliness, good music and excellent service were covered without question. We arrived in style to our chosen destination and were rockstars for a day thanks to Cali Party Bus. Can’t wait to party with them next time.

Fantastic for your bachlorette!
I went on my girlfriends bachlorette party and we had an absolute blast! I had never been on a party bus before but this was a great way to start off the night! The bus was huge and looked very well kept. Clean, smelled nice, comfortable seats, lots of leg room and plenty of AC. I will absolutely be telling my next girls to hook me when it’s my big day!

This companies operation is the definition of the «bait and switch».
The week of my party that I had scheduled for 2 months, they wanted me to agree to a higher price, and sign a whole new contract of which they wrote in a different bus (a total hooptie) hoping that I wouldn’t notice. Amber and Matt provided absolutely nothing but bad service, no help, and a giant headache. They cancelled my contract and left me with 2 days to pull together my party. What a nightmare! Thankfully, I went with another bus company that was 20 times better and showed me how business and party bus rentals should be!
Future customers beware!
