Bumper Remedy

Great job by Will in removing several garage door scratches on my bumper. It looks like new! And Will is returning next week to buff things out a bit. Great work and great customer service. I’d recommend Will highly.

It didn’t take long for me to scrape the edge of my bumper on the curb outside my house. My formerly pristine bumper now had a nasty scrape, about the size of lime, where the paint was removed. A large, black spot on my white bumper that became the first thing I noticed every time I walked out to my car. I lived with it for several months as I debated spending the money to have it fixed.
Next came a small but noticeable scratch and dent smack dab in the middle of the same bumper. My beautiful car officially had a janky bumper that I could no longer ignore. I came onto Unilocal and searched for «bumper repair.» I found Bumper Remedy, sent photos of the damage via text message and quickly received a quote. The cost was right in the ballpark of what I expected. But what convinced me to go with Bumper Remedy were the great reviews on here and the fact that they would come out and do the work while I was in my office at no extra cost.
I eventually spoke with Will and scheduled a time for him to come out. Will arrived in the time frame provided and had the work done within an hour. He explained the curing time and that he would be back in about a week to put the finishing touches on and smooth out the bumper that had just a bit of drip from the clear coat he applied. True to his word, one week later, Will was at my office and within a short time, had the bumper looking as good as new. This return trip and touch-​up work didn’t cost anything.
I’m extra careful now when I park and it feels good to walk outside and not see those awful scrapes. Hopefully, I can keep my bumpers looking like new but when the inevitable scratches and scrapes happen again, I’ll definitely be using Bumper Remedy. Will is good at what he does, is professional, obviously cares about his customers and his reputation, and I highly recommend his services.

I called will as my front bumper was unattached. He quoted me on it and we were able to schedule a day to do the work. Will came by and took care of it fast and efficiently and charged me less than what he quoted me on. Great guy who’s down earth and knows his stuff.

Will reattached the front bumper of my Honda Civic and expertly fixed a few scrapes. He did an outstanding job for a fair price. Best of all, he made the repairs right in my driveway in just under an hour.

They did it again, but this time with a 2012 Honda Accord. Made it look brand new, and right on time before shipping it out to New York.
I bought the Accord for my parents that live out on New York, and due to the previous renter I received my car back with alignment, balancing issues, and bumper damage. (Want to say quick side note if you decide to rent your second car for extra money you most likely will spend the profits on damages and repairs, don’t do it unless it’s a car you have no attachments to)
Came out and fixed my bumper while I was working, and took his time doing it. It looked just as new, and I knew my parents would love the car.
Wanted to say thank you once again for meeting my expectations, and to offer a small discount because it wasn’t to your standards really makes me appreciate your work to the finest detail.
And for those who are reading this review, it is run by a single person so please help out the small business owners and get quality work done right the first time. You won’t be disappointed.

To be very blunt, I was VERY skeptical on how well a quick «bumper repair» would work on my BMW. Now, I would recommend this service to anyone!
I called and scheduled an appointment with Will, the owner. A week later, he showed up on time to my home and took a quick look my vehicle and the problem areas. After about 2 minutes of inspection, he said the repairs would be very simple and would only take about 45 minutes (I was blown away). I personally have painted several vehicles in the past and would have never imagined that the repairs needed on my car would only take 45 minutes.
45 minutes later, the job was complete and the problems areas looked better than brand new! His pricing was leaps and bounds LOWER than you average bodyshop.
A week later, Will returned to buff the areas that he repainted free of charge. Will, runs a very straightforward and honest business. I have and will continue to recommend his services to my friends and family

I was skeptical of all of the five star reviews but after experiencing the service, I concur with all of the past reviews. 5 stars. The right rear bumper of my wife’s car was damaged by some asshole that couldn’t park and I started doing price comparisons to see who can do the best job for the best price. Bumper Remedy had the best price AND the technician (Will?) came to our home to do the work. We agreed to a time between 9 and 10 AM. He was there at 9:04. His work was quick and professional. Highly recommended!

Happy with the service, professionalism and price. We are in Southbay; Will and his employee came down 3 additional times to make sure he got the job right. It was a brand new car and it was important to that it was done well. The lack of shade and heat caused some issues with the clear coat. He’s Mobil so he deals with the conditions he has. Happy with the end result. I can tell he is committed to maintaining his reputation.

Will and his men are laid back yet professional and offer the best prices in town as well as amazing service. Will was in contact with me via phone, email or text, whatever I preferred. He came to my work to repair my bumper with 3 business days of my request. Will and his crew finished my repairs in only an hour and a half while I was at work. Will’s customer service and courtesy were outstanding and I would highly recommend Bumper Remedy to anybody in San Diego and beyond.

I was very impressed with my experience with these guys. They were responsive, honest, and affordable. They did a quality job on my car. I was able to have my car fixed at home in just a couple hours without having an auto body shop holding it hostage for days. Highly recommended!

My bumper looks as good as new. Will was easy to schedule with, honored his on-​line quote that he made three weeks ago via email and finished the job in about two hours. I definitely recommend his service to anyone who wants their small dings and scrapes on their car’s bumper done without having to go to an autobody place whose prices are 3X more.

I don’t write that many reviews anymore. Now I only do when a business has really impressed me. Will & his team were great. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I love the fact that you can communicate with him through text. This allows for an estimate in no time. I love that he came to my home. He was very clear in what I could expect in terms of results. I was extremely impressed. See pix — mine is the red Lexus. He even came back after a week and buffed the bumper. Above and beyond. Love it.

They were awesome. did a beautiful job. fast and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Something I thought was a major problem has been taken care of at a price I am more than thrilled with. Now I know who to call if I ever need help again.

There’s nothing quite like that lovely moment when your car gets damaged, you need it fixed, you know next to nothing about what is entailed nor what it should realistically cost… and every daunting stereotype of the malevolent vulture autobody shop with dollar signs for eyes starts plaguing your mind.
I did my research, started calling and emailing around for quotes. Will came in lower than the rest, however that was not why I ultimately went with his business.
You should go with whoever is going to do the best job and give you the best service and be honest about it. That is why I went with Will and Bumper Remedy. Honesty will lead to appropriate quotes. And I could tell from the other reviews that there was a sense of trust and quality in the service that they had received.
They live up to the reviews.
Will was very quick to respond to any communication and questions, he was quick to come by and the guys were extremely friendly, personable and thorough in their job. They will work until your car is exactly where you would want it to be, not just «good enough, see you later.» like others will.
They come by a week or so later to check on the job and polish it up and it isn’t just an afterthought type of thing, Will takes his work seriously and he stands by it.
It will seriously give you peace of mind to work with them.

Got a recommendation from Kearny Mesa auto Paint. I have a very deep key scratch on my door. Contacted to see if Bumper Remedy could at least hide it better for. They came to my location to give an estimate and was completey honest with me that they really couldnt do anything with it. It was too bad. He ran a buffer and gave it a shot. Didnt even charge me. Super friendly and curtious. Im in the Navy and ended our conversation with a «Thank you for your service.» I love hearing that. I would call these guys first for your repair.

My daughter hit a car in a parking lot a week after she got her license. Sigh…

Will and his company did a fantastic job on my car. To return my bumper to like-​new condition, three different body shops quoted me between $ 700 and $ 900 and wanted to keep my car for 2 – 3 days; Bumper Remedy did the same job at my house in a few hours for a fraction of the cost, and the bumper looks just as good as a brick-​and-​mortar body shop repair. They even made a follow-​up visit the next week to check up on it and give it a final polish.
I’ve already recommended Bumper Remedy to other people, and I’ll definitely call them again if I need another repair.

These guys are the real deal! I spoke with William and text him pictures of my bumper and in a matter of a few minutes he called me back gave me a quote and set up a time to do the work, I did not get the same attention from the other people that I called. William gave me a call the next day before our appt. and said he was on his way, prompt is always good in my book! William and D Brown showed up and got right to work! I was totally intrigued by what they were doing and must have asked a million questions, yet both of the guys were willing to answer all the questions. At the end of the experience the bumper looked like new and I could not have been happier!

you know… it’s kinda sad that i’m writing an update… because it means that my husband has once again needed services from bumper remedy… but thank goodness for them.
hubby back into a trailer hitch… which left quite a dent in the (plastic) bumper. I always thought that once a plastic bumper got hit… you had to replace the bumper.
Now i know differently… these guys came out to our home and kicked butt with they magical art and pulled that dent out… the bumper looks good as new.seriously.
