Brian is a very personable guy. That being said he is not good at staying in contact and keeping you informed once the loan is in process. On two seperate occasions, I was calling him and leaving messages as well as texting the entire day with no response until the next day. Freedom Mortgage, that he placed us with was one of the worst mortgage companies that I have dealt with and I have dealt with quite a few. Luckily for Brian, he has Rachael as his processor. She responded to questions promptly and was really pleasant to work with. If it had not been for her, I doubt the loan would have closed.

Brian Passman was great! He helped us with our get our home loan and found us the lowest rate. It was our first home so he walked us through the process and we are very satified with his service. He has a great team (Andrea Schroeder and Rachel Newel) who were fast, efficient, and processed our loan quickly. I would deflinitely recommend Integrity Mortgage to friends and family.

Brian was the broker for my recent re-​fi. I had shopped it out & he was able to get me a rate that — from the looks of it — could go down as one of the best standard 30-​year rates ever, if the economy can improve and rates continue to go higher. There may only be a tiny fraction of «commoner borrowers» (like myself) with a better rate than what I have after this refinance. My timing had a lot to do with it, but of course you need to be able to get a good deal when you’re ready to move. That’s where Brian comes in.
Why did I choose Brian? There were 2 other brokers that were able to get me the same rate, but one was at a sligthly higher fee than Brian and the other was in LA. So I chose to support the local economy and go with Brian.
I can say Brian is a true professional. He worked with me to sort out some fees that the lender wanted to tack on due to the loan lock needing a slight extension. The delay was partly my fault, but Brian recognized that all parties involved could have gone a bit faster and worked with me to get it resolved.
When Brian tells you something, you can take it to the bank.

Last October I realized I had better refinance before the election as I knew rates would rise after. Unfortunately, I was leaving in a week for a 24 day vacation out of the country. I called Brian after seeing his rates in the UT and he immediately got the ball rolling.
He constantly kept in touch with me via email and we were able to lock in a very desirable rate. Thanks to his hard work my loan closed in January without any surprises.
For 35 years I was a Realtor and I found Brian to be extremely professional and diligent. I highly recommend Brian.
