History

Established in 1982.

In late1982, when Dan Brenner was told by his manager at NCR that his department would soon be reporting for work in South Carolina, he decided that his career as a Test Programmer would be changing. After he put in his notice at NCR, he decided to create Computer Clinic within his father’s corporation Brenner Microcomputing, Inc. Back in the early 80’s computers were much different that they are today. It did not take long for him to realize that he had made the right decision and soon had a staff taking care of things he no longer had time for, moved out of his dad’s office, and into an office building of his own. Dan and his staff quickly became recognized for their professional quality service and Computer Clinic quickly became a leading solution provider in San Diego. In the early 90’s, business computing became more serious and the need for highly trained network engineers became apparent. As a result, several top quality certified engineers were added to the staff.
