Our 10,000 sq/​ft MMA gym features state-​of-​the-​art equipment and San Diego’s largest professional MMA cage spanning an incredible 28 feet in addition to our 2,500 sq/​ft of mat space.

At Black House Team Nogueira, our MMA gym strives to deliver a family friendly facility combined with professional level training. Our kids and self defense programs make our MMA gym a place where an entire family can get together and get fit in a safe and healthy environment. Our mission is to build a community that is open to everyone regardless of skills and fitness levels while providing the best atmosphere available in the industry.

Established in 2009.

Team Nogueira is considered by many to be the premier team within the MMA industry. Today, this prestigious team has made their way to San Diego with hopes to not only further their careers, but to also pass on their knowledge to the next generation of professional athletes that may someday represent the Team Nogueira family.

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is a Brazilian mixed martial artist known for his technical mastery of Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu. He competes in the heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he is a former UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion.

Antônio Rogério Nogueira is a Brazilian professional mixed martial artist currently signed with the UFC. Also a proficient amateur boxer, he was the 2006 and 2007 Brazilian Super Heavyweight Champion. He also won a bronze medal in the 2007 Pan American Games.
