Established in 2013.

I have been baking as long as I can remember; it has truly become my greatest passion in life.

Sharing my desserts with people and seeing the happiness that it brings gives me great joy!

I love seeing the smiling faces after someone has taken a scrumptious bite of one of my desserts.

Most of these recipes were great grandma’s, and have been passed through the family generation to generation.

There is nothing like these desserts and I want to share them.

Everything is portioned to be enjoyed in 1 or 2 bites.

I ordered brownie bites and cheese cake bites for a company picnic and everyone was IN LOVE! No only was everything so yummy, but the owner was wonderful to work with. She was so nice on the phone, easy to work with and even better in person. She arrived right on time and even brought us some extra goodies from an even she had just come from. I’d recommend these delicious desserts for any occasion!

I wish there were a way to rate this company higher.
Let’s start off by the owner, Carol. She is the nicest person you could ever work with. I had called in to make an order over the phone to be delivered to my niece in Chula Vista. She made this process as easy as could be. She usually has a 72 hour period to order ahead, she was kind enough to work with me and having my ordered delivered in 48 hours.
Although we had a mishap with the delivery, not Carol’s end, but on my end. She was kind enough to wait for 45 mins until someone would show up to accept the delivery. They did not show up, but she offered to leave it with the neighbor or to come back and try delivering them again later.
I ordered a dozen of the oreo cheesecake bites and let’s just say, my niece had brushed half of them off by that evening.
Carol even contacted me the next morning to see if everything was ok and if my niece enjoyed it.
Thank you so much Carol for your great work and delicious treats.

Carol is a woman who bakes with love and creativity, her cheese cake «bites» are to die for, you’ll not be tasting them anytime soon at the Cheese Factory! All of her «bites» are one of a kind, priced right and sooooo yummy

I’ve known Carol for about 19 years and have had the pleasure of enjoying all her wonderful treats and desserts that she bakes. I’m very happy that she has taken it to the next level so that everyone can enjoy what I have over the years. Wide variety of flavors and different desserts, everything I’ve tried, I loved. In lieu of a traditional cake, one of my employees bought these beautiful bite size cheese cakes for another employees’s birthday. These portable and delightful little concoctions come in array of flavors, but for the birthday we had the Animal Cracker, Ginger, and Oreo cheesecake. Needless to say, these little desserts were wonderful and afforded everyone and opportunity to try different flavors without wasting a crumb. What I do know about Bites of Happyness is that they are located down south in Chula Vista and are a very new business ran by Carol Jennings (as stated on the business card). There is also a special offer for free delivery with first order. Reducing the need for plates and utensils, I will definitely take advantage of ordering some delightful cheesecake bites for my next social gathering.
