Bad customer service and my chicken pesto panini tasted horrible, chicken was cold and had no flavor whatsoever. So not worth my $ 8.

Pretty good for place if you like sweets. However, the Thai tea was the only bad product.

Nestle is overpriced and we all know it… But the food here is pretty darn great and the employees are nice. Serve time is quick and its in the best location of the Chula vista mall so I still get my morning coffee and some boba every once in a while here. Their sandwich type food is tasty and the sweets are well prepared.

We ordered 2 cookie cakes for birthdays. One in August, one today. The cookie in August was delicious… Soft and yummy… A total cookie dream…
And then today… The cookie didn’t fit the pan and they hid it by decorating the pan. The cookie itself was overdone. The decorating was nice, but it’s only worth the money if people want to eat it… And no one does.
We are totally disappointed.

I ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies & they were so hard ! I asked if I could get new ones and she just put them back in the oven & it made it kind of worse. Never going back !

Bf and I ordered boba here and it tasted terrible. The fact that each drink was about $ 5 each is ridiculous. The boba drinks were stirred with ice, milk powder, and flavor powder. All i could taste was powder in my drink. We threw it away in the trash after taking 3 sips.

Went here after having dinner at Project Pie. This Nestle Toll House is located next to Macy’s on the west side of the Chula Vista mall. There was a special which is buy 5 get 2 free. I have never seen this until we walked around the mall.
I got to try the chocolate chip cookie which is one of my favorite cookies. We also got white chocolate chip macadamia nut. One was half chocolate and white chocolate macadamia nut. The cookies were delicious. It was moist and the chocolate chips were literally melting in my hands. So chewy and soft. The cookies literally melt in your mouth as you chew the cookies. Yum!
They also sell boba drinks. I did not get to try the boba drinks but maybe next time when I am at the Chula Vista mall.
There is plenty of seating in front and throughout the mall. Very cool place to hang out now that they have added some couches and chairs to enjoy your cookie. This is a must try if you have a sweet tooth like I do.
