Since 1980s, my parents have been a long-​time real estate investor and developer, our family has been involved in real estate and construction industry over 30 years. I have learned these industries from a very young age. As a matter of fact, Real estate and construction were our main topics at the dinner table every night. When I grew up, I earned my Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction management. I also have owned different related titles, such as home inspector, real estate appraiser, construction manager, construction project estimator, Notary Public, real estate investor, real estate coach, Mortgage broker, real estate broker, and property manager. We have been through the real estate booms and busts. We have lots of experience to share with you. I am a member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors with excellent track record. I want to be your #1 trusted advisor.
