We LOVE their fries! Whenever we get to the Vista Farmer’s Market, it is a must stop for the fries and garlic aioli. Serge cuts them fresh and serves them up hot! The potatoes used make for a delicious, balanced fry that is crisp on the outside and tender inside. The double frying process at different temps is what makes all the difference. We will miss them when we move to Texas.

You’ve got to try a Belgian Waffle from Belgium Delights, absolutely amazing! First tried them last year and can’t help but have a waffle every Sunday now! :) I’ve tried the fries and they are just like in France, not greasy, like the rest. Alain the owner is super nice. They’re in the hot food area of the market at the Hillcrest Farmer’s Market. Love Belgium delights! Yumm!
